“Power as a Means of Differentiation in Immanence. Deleuze, Reader of Schelling, Readers of Spinoza”. This paper seeks to analyze the Deleuzian concept of potency, by drawing a genealogy that traces it back to Schelling’s philosophy –who is, in turn, inspired by Spinoza–, with the aim of showing how that concept can help us to think the way in which Being is differentiated and individuated within the philosophy of immanence. In order to do this, we will summarize Schelling’s presence in Deleuze’s concept of potency, as he develops it in his two books from 1968: Difference and Repetition and Expressionism in Philosophy. We report the results of an experimental study with two randomized groups pre and post-test, which seeks to determine the effects of the implementation of an interactive program on the reading comprehension of children in 5th grade in a rural area of the province of Yungay in the Department of Ancash. The analysis of data collected through the Reading Comprehension Test of Linguistic Complexity Progressive (CLP) Alliende, adapted by Delgado and processed with SPSS v. 18, to conclude that the interactive reader used in the experimental group shows a significant increase in reading comprehension scores compared with those obtained by the control group.

Social innovation is recognized by multilateral organizations as a way to cope creatively and collaboratively with social demands that are not satisfied, neither from the public nor from the private. This challenge requires management reliable relationship between actors with diverse and sometimes conflicting interests. In this sense, the social function of public relations (PR) can provide an important service to prevent resistance to social changes that involve innovation processes. Research in academic literacy has shown that scaffolding improves the reading of disciplinary texts. Included among the considered variables is the lexica. A robust vocabulary will result in better reading performance. To verify this, a semantic priming task and a reading comprehension test were applied to 31 first-year pedagogy students to establish whether there is a correlation between lexical processing and reading. The main findings indicate the establishment of weak semantic relations and normal reading performance. It is concluded that better reading performance is associated with slower lexical processing, which would suggest that readers engage in strategic operations to address comprehension tasks. This will allow for the formulation of scaffolding actions that highlight the importance of mastering the disciplinary vocabulary in order to safeguard an adequate reading task.

This research was developed to investigate how literary discourse rightly contributes to the knowledge of reality and allows the readers to develop their ideas about the context surrounding them or the production of artistic texts. It established the confi guration of culture and interculturality, the artistic contributions of the poetry of the Generation of 50 in the process of Peruvian reality from the perspective of literature through a critical and refl exive reading of theoretical texts, critical texts (metatexts), and artistic texts (the poetry of the Generation of 50). El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar el impacto de la implementación del RPA (Robotic Process Automation) en la satisfacción laboral con un modelo que permita medir la satisfacción a través de diferentes variables. Por ello, se emplearán los factores motivacionales de la Teoría de los dos factores de Frederick Herzberg y su impacto en la satisfacción laboral en un contexto de RPA. Este estudio se realiza a través de entrevistas a expertos que implementan RPA y líderes usuarios de áreas en empresas del sector bancario donde se emplea esta herramienta, así como con la consulta a fuentes secundarias que complementan lo encontrado con los entrevistados.

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la efectividad del programa Lectores críticos en la competencia lectora de textos argumentativos. El estudio es de nivel explicativo, tipo aplicada con diseño cuasi experimental. La muestra estuvo conformada por 36 estudiantes del 4° grado de secundaria de una institución educativa pública de Lima-Metropolitana y se distribuyó en dos grupos: experimental y control, los cuales se determinaron a partir de criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Se aplicó un pretest antes de la aplicación del programa y un postest después de la misma con la finalidad de comparar las medias. Los resultados que se obtuvieron indican que la aplicación del programa mejoró la competencia lectora de los estudiantes que recibieron la intervención educativa.

Research on graphic organizers and reading comprehension has taken up new reins in the knowledge about the reader's mental processes, but it has been avoided to understand the levels in the reading process. The importance of organizers often focuses on the power they demonstrate to allow the reader to analyze and map ideas, especially concept maps and mind maps. In this study, we propose to determine the effects of graphic organizers on text comprehension at the school stage. The study is quantitative of quasi-experimental design. La investigación tuvo como objetivo general: Conocer el análisis del tratamiento de la información en la prensa escrita de Iquitos. La investigación fue de tipo descriptivo y de diseño no experimental de tipo descriptivo transversal. La población la conformó todos los lectores de la PRENSA ESCRITA EN IQUITOS. La muestra estuvo conformada por 60 lectores de la prensa escrita de Iquitos. La selección de la muestra fue en forma no aleatoria, intencionada.
