This article aims to provide a new concept of industrial processes, the so-called sustainable industrial processes that are used in industrial plants and competitive companies responsible for developing chemicals. These innovative processes should incorporate in its design stages that are efficient, producing less waste and scrap, not pollute the environment, using substances which are safe, and the products and by-products produced by them. These processes must be safe, both internally (for workers) and externally (for communities and ecosystems) and must contribute to sustainable development, ensuring the efficient use of natural resources and promoting the use of renewable resources. An example is the production cellulose pulp that is produced throughout Latin America (Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay), but a sustainable industrial process can be developed nationally.

This work analyzes the technical problem in which the discourse of inclusive education has become through the lack of ethical responsibility of educational provision, a liberal argument that reinforces the permanent defense of rights while the conditions of oppression and domination conceived in terms of injustice continue to operate strongly in the life of each person and community. The objective of this work is to document how educational policies, knowledge production and teacher training, put on the rhetorical costume of the special or rather, the neo-special, to justify the sense of the inclusive. Usando un diseño cuasi-experimental pre test post test con grupo de control para comprobar mejoras en el aprendizaje, 22 estudiantes de 1° de secundaria (13 años de edad) del colegio de Aplicación de San Marcos desarrollaron una unidad de aprendizaje de la competencia producción de textos, en las dimensiones planificación, textualización y revisión, bajo la metodología activa Aprendizaje Basado en Problemas (ABP); además, 22 estudiantes, que desarrollaron la misma unidad utilizando la metodología tradicional, sirvieron de grupo de comparación o control. El Problema “Traveling Car Renter Salesman Problem” (CaRS), es una generalización del clásico Problema “Travelling Salesman Problem” (TSP), donde su recorrido de visita se puede descomponer en caminos contiguos que se pueden recorrer con diferentes autos de alquiler. El objetivo es determinar el circuito hamiltoniano que resulte en un costo final mínimo, considerando la penalización pagada por cada cambio de vehículo en el recorrido. La penalización es el costo de devolver el auto a la ciudad donde fue alquilado. CaRS se clasifica como un problema NP-difícil. In order to use historical data for revealing temperature changes in Central Peru during the 18th century, it is necessary to recognize and interpret the cultural, economic and social responses when confronted with marked environmental fluctuations. These caused changes to the farming systems, such as reduced productivity and revenues in all social sectors, particularly among the indigenous communities. Faced with this situation, the urban and rural population of Lima responded in numerous ways, from reorganizing irrigation systems, improved technologies and reduced taxes, to increased devotional Catholic ceremonies and in the indigenous sphere a public resurgence of ancestral cults supposedly eliminated in the 17th century.

This paper addresses «El problema argentino de la lengua», an article published by Amado Alonso in 1932. To this end, we first analyze the type of theoretical and critical intervention that the author carries out; then, we consider it within a broader textual series that comprises a set of texts published between 1927, as Alonso becomes chair of the Institute of Philology of the University of Buenos Aires, and 1935, when he publishes the book El problema de la lengua en America, which includes a highly modified version of his 1932 work. We conclude that this article is an exceptional text in Alonso’s linguistic production as a whole, and that this exceptionality can be interpreted as a sign of the process of theoretical reformulation that he underwent during the period.

El problema del vendedor ambulante de alquiler de automóviles (CaRS) es una generalización del problema del agente viajero. En este trabajo se presenta una nueva variante del algoritmo Adaptive Local Search Procedure (ALSP) llamado Iterated Adaptive Local Search Procedure (IALSP). Se presentan dos formulaciones matemáticas para modelar el problema CaRS. Estas formulaciones se comparan utilizando un MIP solver. La formulación con el mejor resultado se utiliza en el algoritmo IALSP. Para hacer frente al problema de CaRS, proponemos un algoritmo híbrido compuesto por un algoritmo evolutivo llamado Algoritmo Científico (ScA) y el algoritmo IALSP. The paper analyzes how the strengthening of the Executive Branch has allowed the government to assume legislative functions that traditionally corresponded to the Legislative Branch, which has led to an increasingly active presence of the Executive in the field of normative production. In this regard, it is noted that the 1979 Constitution contemplated the delegation of legislative powers to the Executive, but the experience of the 1980s revealed deficiencies in the regulation and supervision of this delegation. The author mentions some examples in which the Executive dictated norms in matters such as organic laws, tax and criminal legislation, arguing that certain areas should be reserved only to the Parliament. Therefore, the paper proposes greater parliamentary control and the need to respect constitutional limits to avoid abuses in the use of these powers.

The paper proposes a genetic algorithm to solve optimally the problem of scheduling in a multi-objective production system Flexible Job Shop (FJS), currently of interest for many researchers, because it is a combinatorial optimization problem of complexity NP-hard, and because an optimal solution results in an increase in production. the problem is divided, in the subproblem routing, where it is assigned to each operation of Jobs, one of the most optimum machines (from a set available) minimizing Maximum Workload, and Total Workload and subproblem sequencing, where it is found the optimal order of execution of operations (distributed on each machine) minimizing the Makespan. The algorithm is coded in Matlab M language, their performance is tested, solving complex problems, and the results are compared with those obtained by other researchers.
