The paper proposes a genetic algorithm to solve optimally the problem of scheduling in a multi-objective production system Flexible Job Shop (FJS), currently of interest for many researchers, because it is a combinatorial optimization problem of complexity NP-hard, and because an optimal solution results in an increase in production. the problem is divided, in the subproblem routing, where it is assigned to each operation of Jobs, one of the most optimum machines (from a set available) minimizing Maximum Workload, and Total Workload and subproblem sequencing, where it is found the optimal order of execution of operations (distributed on each machine) minimizing the Makespan. The algorithm is coded in Matlab M language, their performance is tested, solving complex problems, and the results are compared with those obtained by other researchers.

A genetic algorithm (GA) is an artificial intelligence technique that can be applied to any engineering specialty. In this study, the proposed GA finds optimal values for PID controller parameters Kp, Ki and Kd, which are widely used in the industry. Chromosomes, composed of Kp, Ki and Kd genes, represented by real numbers, evolve and are evaluated by the mean square error (MSE) of the desired output. In that sense, the solution is the chromosome with the lowest MSE, which produces less transient output. In addition, the GA has been encoded in MATLAB language and results have been compared with other works.

This article describes the results of a research study conducted at the Institute for Research of the Faculty of Electronic and Electrical Engineering of the UNMSM. Following the focus of the study was implemented a digital voltmeter DC, which issues through a loudspeaker a voice that informs the user of the amount of volts that the voltmeter is measuring. The methodology is based on the digitization of the voice that is stored in a serial EEPROM memory, microcontroller governs the process. Additionally, the measurement value can also be read through an LCD display.

El artículo propone, un algoritmo genético para solucionar óptimamente el problema de la programación de tareas en un sistema de producción Flexible Job Shop Scheduling (FJSS) multiobjetivo, actualmente de interés por muchos investigadores, porque es un problema de optimización combinatoria de complejidad NP-hard, y porque una solución óptima redunda en un aumento en la producción. This study focuses on designing and describing the operation of a fuzzy controller to regulate the speed of a direct current (DC) motor, widely used in spacecraft, defense machinery, robotics, electric trains, electric vehicles, and cranes. The article compares the results of the fuzzy controller with those of a proportional integral derivative (PID) controller, which was tuned using MATLAB tools. Transients of the motor speed curve, such as rise time, settling time, and overshoot, were measured. Regarding transients, the proposed fuzzy controller achieved better results than the PID controller tuned by MATLAB.

Propone una solución óptima al problema de programar (Scheduling) el procesamiento de un conjunto de Jobs (Tareas) en un conjunto de máquinas de una manufactura tipo Flexible Job Shop (FJS-Taller Flexible). La solución minimiza tres criterios: El Maximum Workload (WM), el Total Workload (WT) y el Makespan (CM), es decir, el problema es de Optimización Multiobjetivo.
