In 2013, President of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Mikhail Nikolaev announced the launch of the republican project Music for Everybody. The organizers of this project –– the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Culture and Spirituality of the republic –– have set the goal to help all children learn one classical musical instrument by their graduation from general education school. For this purpose, the ministries signed an agreement on joint work in order to promulgate the project that was developed and organized by scientists, musicians, and teachers. To determine the relationship between the implementation of e-government and the simplification of administrative processes in the Provincial Municipality of Huanuco (MPHCO), Huanuco region (Peru), in the context of COVID-19. Methods. The research was characterized as basic, with a descriptive-correlational level and a non-experimental design. The public management approach based on the modernization and digitalization of the State was used. The aim of this article is to present the characteristics of emotional regulation in adolescents according to biological and social aspects, with emphasis on the role of context and its influence on the process of emotional management. A bibliographic review was conducted in the Scopus, Science Direct and EBSCO Host databases, it was considered articles published between years 2011 and 2021 with the terms emotional regulation, adolescents, natural environments, context; as well as bibliographic material related to development and adolescence with earlier dates. ICT in the educational context can be seen as information transmitting resources that link the teacher and the student in the improvement of teaching-learning adapted to the needs and characteristics of each subject. From this perspective, we seek to describe the state of Iberoamerican scientific production on the inclusion of ICT in the educational discipline in the period 2010 to 2020, based on a retrospective descriptive analysis of publications collected in journals indexed in Scopus. Assessment is one of the most important and controversial elements of University training. Despite the extensive bibliography that supports the use of formative assessment processes in Higher Education, in practice, there is still a great predominance in the use of traditional assessment systems that seek to stablish a grade at the end of the training period. The aim of this article is to carry out a review of the concepts of assessment and show the characteristics that formative assessment processes in Higher Education must have, in order to make a series of recommendations and proposals that can serve as reference elements for the change in the assessment processes. It is necessary to advance in the use of these procedures in a systematic and planned way to achieve a more formative environment in a system that keeps a single numeric grade as the culmination of the process.
