Collaterals are actives (material and immaterial) that act as warrants against any financial operation. This figure allows to reduce risks related to financial operations throughout credit qualification of the protected agent. For this reason, an adequate regulation of its execution (ex ante and ex post) is useful to reduce situations originated by information asymmetry.In this article, the autor develops the legal treatment of this juridical figure and its applicable regimens, analyzing the juridical and economic implications of the two ways to protect its execution: juridical proceedings (ex ante) and extra juridical proceedings (ex post).

The COVID-19 pandemic has generated a humanitarian and economic crisis globally, and especially Peru has been hit by this virus. After the quarantine finished (July first), the new normal has imposed new rules of coexistence, such as social distancing. Simultaneously, under pressure from various economic key-actors, the Peruvian Government has been promoting an economic reactivation plan in 4 controlled phases to accelerate economic growth that has fallen by 15% of GDP for the next five years. The aim of this study was to evaluate the protective capacity of an attenuated strain of Salmonella Typhimurium as a vaccine candidate against an experimental challenge. For this purpose, 51 recently weaned female guinea pigs from a commercial farm were used and distributed into three groups of 17 animals each: one group was inoculated with the attenuated strain and challenged, the second group was challenged only, and the third group served as a control (without attenuated strain and without challenge). The animals, according to their respective groups, were immunized after two weeks of adaptation to the new rearing conditions. The burnout syndrome is an occupational health indicator that intervenes in the teaching-learning process and may harm the quality of education offered by institutions. The relationship between individual characteristics and the work environment may have different effects over the teaching performance. The current investigation seeks to analyze the fit of a model to predict teaching performance based on the teacher burnout, while including individual characteristics and the work environment perception in university teachers. Objective: To demonstrate that the protective effect against hepatitis B in susceptible health sciences students is similarly achieved following completion of three vaccination schema, one conventional and two shortened in time and doses. Design: Analytical, experimental, longitudinal, prospective, and concurrent cohorts study. El objetivo de este estudio fue agrupar la evidencia disponible sobre los factores de riesgo para vasoplejía post cirugía cardíaca, y realizar una revisión sistemática con metaanálisis. La identificación de factores predictores o protectores servirá para mejorar las estrategias terapéuticas e incrementar la supervivencia de los pacientes. Objetivos: Evaluar el efecto hepatoprotector del extracto hidroalcohólico de Petroselinum crispum (Mill.) A.W. Hill (PEREJIL) sobre la inducción crónica de hepatotoxicidad con etanol en ratas albinas Holtzman jovenes. Métodos: Estudio transversal, analítico y experimental. Se realizó inducción crónica de hepatotoxicidad con etanol al 20% por 3 meses. Los grupos fueron: Blanco, Control Negativo recibió etanol 20%, Control Positivo etanol 20% y silimarina 25mg/kg y Tratamiento recibió etanol 20% y extracto hidroalcohólico Petroselinum crispum 150mg/kg. In the implant rehabilitations supported in the previous sector, a surgical and prosthetic protocol should be carried out as a mechanism to ensure the aesthetics and function of the procedure to be performed. The objective of this clinical case is to present a rehabilitation protocol in a soft tissue test and management document to preserve aesthetics through provisional prosthetic structures, ending with rehabilitation with the zirconium oxide abutment with titanium base and a crown of lithium disilicate as means to achieve high aesthetics. The prediction of a unitary implant in the anterior sector requires the clinician to know three-dimensional structures conjugated with a soft tissue and material handling in an appropriate way, to predict the medium- or long-term behavior in the protection and prevention of aesthetics.

The protection of children is a priority obligation in our societies. This study focuses on the delicate field of photographic representation of minors to analyze how their images achieve connections with the people who follow the publications of these organizations. The research aims to question and analyze the secondary victimization of vulnerable minors and the relationship of this treatment with public engagement. A descriptive analysis methodology is applied to the photographs published in the posts of the official Facebook pages of four NGOs dedicated to children. El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar el efecto de una intervención de fotoeducación en la promoción de conductas de protección solar en los pobladores del Caserío de Chulpaca-Ica en 2024. La investigación, de tipo cuantitativa y nivel descriptivo-explicativo, empleó un diseño preexperimental en el cual se aplicó un programa de fotoeducación seguido de una evaluación post-test para medir los cambios en conocimiento, actitudes y prácticas relacionadas con la protección solar.
