The prohibition of the threat or use of force is part of the structural principles of contemporary international law. As a corollary to this norm, no state may violate the territorial integrity of the other one. However, one of the most recent issues that has sparked intense debate has been the fact that the Russian Federation annexed Crimea in March 2014. In this context, the present article examines how Russia’s action is contrary to article 2, paragraph 4 of the United Nations Charter, despite the arguments made by its authorities. It also evaluates if this situation creates an obligation of non- recognition for other members of the international community. Finally, we will discuss the potential impact of this event on the future development of international law relating to international peace and security.

El presente estudio aborda la problemática de conservación de la uva Red Globe en una empresa peruana dedicada a la exportación frutícola, la cual ha enfrentado pérdidas de calidad durante el transporte marítimo hacia mercados internacionales. The fight against impunity for serious human rights violations and the establishment of a permanent international criminal court have been a constant since the Second World War. At the end of the 20th century and the beginning of the 21st century, new international criminal jurisdictions were established in addition to a permanent international criminal court, the Special Tribunals to avoid leaving unpunished serious human rights violations of international law, that occurred during the cold war and the Residual Mechanisms as a part of strategy to end all temporary international criminal jurisdiction activity established post Cold War. Both urisdictions, although temporary, recognize the importance of national justice and aim to strengthen the international criminal justice system.

Se ha realizado un estudio de tipo observacional, método descriptivo - comparativo, prospectivo y de corte transversal. Para evaluar el uso de la ingesta de agua fría como método para eliminar el artefacto de superposición intestinal en el estudio de spect miocárdica. La población de 69 casos de la clínica San Gabriel del área de radiología por medicina nuclear que se realizaron un estudio de cardio SPECT en el periodo de abril a octubre del 2015. La muestras, se seleccionó de manera no probabilística, con la modalidad intencional o por conveniencia, constituida por 9 casos que presenta incidentalmente el artefacto de superposición. El resultado mostro un 13% de artefactos de superposición. El sexo femenino muestra la mayor frecuencia con un 66.7%. La edad media en mujeres es 56,5 años y la edad media en hombres es 55 años. The objective of this project was to continue working and delving into the idea of death and mourning that I developed in 2021, this time in a new phase: that of post-mourning. In that sense, I attempt to make visible the ghost of mourning through the aesthetic proposal of the technological reliquary, the Cyborg n°3 or necromantic cyborg, in order to promote reflective thinking about the fear of loss and the fear of losing the “object” itself. Among the materials that I have used so far for the small sculptures are sheets of thermofilm, glass silicone, PVC plastic tubing, fishing line, cold porcelain, coloured earth, copper wires and galvanized wires. A pesar de que se llevaron a cabo muchas investigaciones experimentales sobre el flujo de petróleo espumoso, los fundamentos teóricos de su desempeño aún no son lo suficientemente convincentes, y los mecanismos para los procesos dinámicos y la estabilidad aún no se comprenden completamente. Con el fin de desarrollar una comprensión mecanicista del flujo de petróleo espumoso en un medio poroso, se consideraron experimentos de laboratorio bajo dos escenarios de inyección utilizando metano y aire como gases de inyección.
