El 19 de diciembre de 2018, se promulgó la Ley 3088 que, entre otras disposiciones, prohíbe el uso de las bolsas de plástico en los supermercados. En esta coyuntura, la empresa ECOBOLSAS está planeando lanzar una bolsa de fibra natural que sustituya a las bolsas plásticas que se usan en estos establecimientos. Producto del estudio de viabilidad comercial realizado, se estableció que los potenciales consumidores serían los hogares que residen en la zona 6 y 7 de la ciudad de Lima Metropolitana y que pertenecen al nivel socio económico (NSE) A y B (Mercado potencial). También se obtuvo datos sobre la disposición de compra, habiéndose establecido que terminarían comprando, solo un 80% de aquellos hogares encuestados que respondieron “definitivamente sí”, que constituyen el mercado objetivo, y que todo el resto no lo haría.

This paper focus on implementation of communication strategies developed in the Rehabilitation of Potable Water and Sewerage Network Lote 3 project, executed between 2013 and 2014 in the district of Comas, north of Lima-Peru, and belonging to the Servicio de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de Lima (SEDAPAL), company responsible for water and sewage in Lima. As a result, it could be observed that the implementation of a diagnosis of perceptions, the communication plan and the communication and education products allowed to facilitate the design of messages according to the context of the project, taking into account the speeches of the users against and in favor of the project, as well as the objectives sought by the executing company.

This research was aimed at determining to what extent factors prior to university admission, motivational factors, and institutional experiences explain the academic persistence of students in the University Leveling Term (CIU) at the Simon Bolivar University - Coastal Campus. An explanatory-type quantitative study was proposed, which involved a non-experimental cross-sectional retrospective causal relationship design. The sample consisted of 101 students (50.5% female) with an average age of 17.90 years (SD = 2.37). The study found a significant relationship between some variables explaining academic persistence, which were: a) having a lower orientation toward academic goals; b) a higher score on the maladaptive pattern; c) a higher score in the perception of the Mathematics professor’s evaluation; and d) a higher score in the final performance. The main objective of this study is to assess the relevance of the competency-based approach in teaching practices within technical and vocational education in the Dominican Republic. The focus is on two institutions: the Instituto Técnico Superior Comunitario (ITSC) and the Instituto Nacional de Formación Técnico Profesional (Infotep). The study participants included both students and teaching staff from these institutions. The findings reveal that both ITSC and Infotep are highly regarded across the measured indicators, particularly in the category of pedagogical aspects.

Software development involves a high volume of data transfer between web-based applications and the end-user; this requires implementing them using new web technologies. The purpose of this article is to analyze the power of communicative interaction in virtual communities, in the case of the virtual community of Facebook Ni Una Menos: Movilización Nacional Ya, from the paradigm of communication for social change. In order to achieve this objective, a qualitative methodology was applied, which consisted of field work composed of in-depth interviews with 15 members of the Facebook group, as well as the analysis of virtual contents. At Universidad ESAN in Lima, Peru, a blended workshop using videoconferencing technology, online forums and minimal local class discussions was carried out through the Global Partners in Education (GPE) network from August to November 2017. The workshop was voluntary and facilitated interaction between Peruvian students and students from the US, Mexico, and China over the course of three modules. The participants from Peru were a heterogeneous group consisting of undergraduates and recent graduates, some pre-professional participants and some who were already working. Acute placental uterine vascular insufficiency is a cause of adverse fetal outcome in fetuses with failure to reach their growth potential and are born at an appropriate weight for gestational age. Clinical case. A 24-year-old patient, 37 weeks gestational age, went to the National Maternal Perinatal Institute of Lima, Peru, for reporting little vaginal bleeding.
