The research was carried out in an industrial production and packaging export company of Concholepas concholepas located in the city of Tacna, Peru. Two quality variables that have relevance in the final product were determined, the volume of the container and the percentage proportion of proteins in the unit. After that, the means end analisys diagram was finished, for the variable volume in 452,356 g as average of the process, with upper control limits of 454,514 g and lower limit of 450,198 g. In regard to its range, the central line or average of the range was established at 3.74167 g with an upper control limit of 7.91171 g and a lower limit of 0.0 g. For the proportion of proteins, an average proportion of 15.24% was observed with upper and lower control limits of 16.40% and 14.08. This proposal aims to improve the efficiency of the packaging process of a company specialized in seasonings and ground foods through the application of the Lean Manufacturing approach. To carry out this study, data was collected from a Peruvian company, which was evaluated using a simulated validation model in the Arena version 16.1 program. This process included the participation of experts in the relevant areas, ensuring significant results for potential implementation. The results obtained indicated a significant reduction from 7.5% to 0.08% in the generation of defective products per production. In addition, production times were reduced in tasks related to the packaging line of one of its products. The objective of this study was to define a technology package, in order to provide an inventory of the technologies used during the processing of the Peruvian green coffee with specialty coffee qualities to export, supported by a technological management perspective. The methodology relied on a technology package construction, by identifying, describing and quantifying four of its components, based on a systematic literature review, and five professional’s endorsements; each of them knowledgeable of the technologies used in agricultural products processing. Nowadays, sugarcane bagasse is obtained as waste from the sugar industry where it is commonly discarded or burned. Nevertheless, this byproduct contains properties that can be used in the packaging industry. The purpose of this scientific article is to analyze the attributes of small films based on sugarcane bagasse to determine their suitability so that with this data they can produce biodegradable packaging. The most notable results of the tests carried out were the Shore hardness level of 85% of dose 1 and a resistance to elongation of 31.58% of dose 2. With this, added value will be achieved to the sugarcane bagasse since use as raw material in the manufacture of products that provide good to the community. This study aims to enhance product quality from a production perspective, due to the detection of bisphenol A (BPA), a compound that directly impacts final consumers. In response to this issue, a modification was implemented in the production process to eliminate BPA. Potential suppliers for a new varnish were considered, and three of them offered BPA-free options. A control sample was compared with these options over eight months, corresponding to the shelf life of canned milk at the point of sale. Ultimately, the supplier that offered the varnish with the least variation and preserved the product’s properties was chosen. The aim of this research was to characterize the parameters of the effluent generated in the cleaning process of printing machines, corrugators, rubber preparation reactors as an input for the manufacture of corrugated cardboard packaging, and compare them with the values after the processes coagulation-flocculation in a first stage, the following treatments were electroflotation (EF), electrocoagulation (EC) and gravel and sand filtration beds; For the characterization, the CERPER laboratory carried out the sampling of the waters, measuring in situ the parameters of pH, conductivity and temperature; SST, TDS, COD, BOD, Oils and Fats and Total Metals were measured in the laboratory. However, there is little evidence in the use of formal gamification platforms that include cognitive conflict from its pedagogical utility. The research has been carried out applying an experimental design with pretest and posttest measurements. We apply two types of cognitive conflict which we call Gamification Packages / Cognitive Packages. We used formal gamifiers (Mural.ly, Mentimeter, Google Jamboard, Kahoot!), applied in three experimental comparison groups of 150 students (M = 13,2 years; SD = 2,03). Scallion (Allium fistulosum) is a highly perishable green vegetable due to its moisture content, its high metabolic rate and their poor conditions of post-harvest during to harvest and transport. The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between visual deterioration´s product and changes generated in the mechanical and acoustic properties of the same. The scallion grown in Aquitania, Boyacá Colombia was stored under different conditions of storing: vacuum packed (10 mbar) and unpacked (HR 68%) and storage temperature 4 ºC and 16 ºC until deterioration by visual appearance. The acoustic mechanical changes in firmness, crispness and fracture for unpacked scallion and stored at 4 °C occurred on day 15 of storage, and visual deterioration on day 13.
