This article shows the process of molding plastic extrusion and injection information that will provide a comprehensive and simple idea in this type of industrial activity.Extrusion is a process used to manufacture products such as PVC pipes , rods and the insulated wire coating plastics and other products of constant section. This process involves heating the plastic and cause its output by pressure through a hole in a certain way and then cooling it in a machine called an extruder.The injection is performed by the injection molding machines in a similar way to the extruders ; except that the extruder while continuously preiona plastic material through unamatriz , makes a fuel entering a cold mold . Then wait until the cold molded material is to be removed from the mold before it is refilled . is used to manufacture products such as taznes , mugs , toys, etc.

El presente trabajo de investigación se abordó la problemática de incumplimiento del estándar del proceso de curado de los testigos de concreto en las obras. En específico se trata de una práctica de preparación de las probetas dentro de los moldes de acero sin debido sellado que prevenga la fuga del agua de exudación. El presente trabajo se concentra en esta problemática a nivel de la región Loreto, usando concreto cemento-arena, un material que consiste en la mezcla de cemento, agregado fino de la zona y agua. No se usa el agregado grueso, que es una práctica muy común en la región. To adjust the parameters that influence the appearance of defects in the steel in the continuous casting mold, a particle swarm optimization algorithm (PSO) was developed using process models. The study considered multiple objectives with multiple restrictions and the results were compared with those reported by a teaching-learning-based optimization algorithm (TLBO). We conclude that the PSO has a good capacity to determine the parameters of the mold, and with it, it is possible to achieve an optimal solution without requiring great computational efforts.

Maca (Lipidium meyenii Walp,) is a Peruvian product with different properties and health benefits, however, depending on its nature both in its processed state and as a raw material, it can present polluting substances from its natural appearance or state of conservation. The objective of the study was to detect mycotoxigenic molds and identify heavy metals of lead and mercury in maca flour from the Buenos Aires agricultural market in the Carhuamayo District, Huancayo Province and Junín Department. The detection of molds was made by the direct method, appreciating species of the genus Cephalosporium sp. (HMD1) and Penicillium sp. El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo general incrementar la rentabilidad de una fundición de aluminio a través de la reducción de los costos del proceso de fabricación de moldes de aluminio para suelas de calzado. Para el logro de este fin, se propusieron mejoras en el flujo de dos Áreas críticas según el análisis, Producción y Logística. En primer lugar, se describió y analizó el estado actual de estas dos áreas, identificándose los puntos problemáticos y sus causas raíz con la ayuda del Diagrama de Ishikawa, para posteriormente dirigir los esfuerzos en las causas más urgentes. In the present work, a mathematical model is developed which involves the equations of fluid mechanics and the energy equation to determine the temperature field of the liquid steel that enters a container to solidify, a situation commonly found in production processes of steel today. Using mathematical techniques, a simplified equation of the energy equation is obtained in which a non-dimensional parameter Pe, the Peclet number, allows to evaluate the transport of the heat by convection to the transmission by diffusion occurred in the mold that contains liquid steel. En el procesamiento de compuestos de madera-plástico (WPC) mediante moldeo rotacional, puede ocurrir la descomposición térmica de la madera debido a las altas temperaturas del proceso. Sin embargo, puede evitarse controlando el pico de temperatura interna del aire (PIAT, por sus siglas en inglés). En esta perspectiva, el principal propósito de este trabajo es determinar cómo están relacionados el PIAT y las propiedades del WPC rotomoldeado entre sí. Para lograr esto, se procesaron varios materiales utilizando diferentes temperaturas de horno y tiempos de calentamiento. The processing parameters that maximize the pulp yield and the stability of the ungurahui nectar were evaluated by means of the Taguchi and Response Surface methodologies. The raw material used came from the town of Yurimaguas, Loreto Region - Peru, and was subjected to weighing, selection, classification, washing, disinfecting, maturing, pulping, refining, filtering, standardized (to formulate the nectar), pasteurized, packed, cooled and stored processes. This study addresses process optimization in a microenterprise specializing in dressmaking in Peru, which faces high levels of material waste and inefficient production methods. The company had an average monthly material waste rate of 18%, exceeding the values observed in other companies in the sector, impacting costs and sustainability. The PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology was used to identify the root causes of inefficiencies, such as the lack of standardized work methods, improper use of tools, and suboptimal cutting templates. The implemented improvements included transitioning from paper templates to rigid templates, standardizing tracing and cutting processes, and eliminating unnecessary steps in the production process.
