El objetivo principal de este trabajo de investigación es formular las estrategias para la empresa Mission Produce (MP) con el fin de incrementar su participación en el mercado estadounidense y asegurar el suministro de fruta, teniendo en cuenta la creciente demanda de paltas en Estados Unidos de América (EE.UU.) y en el mundo en general. Mission Produce es productor, importador y distribuidor de paltas en los EE.UU., tiene como principal producto la palta Hass y tiene una participación de mercado del 23%, ubicándolo como empresa líder, seguida de su principal competidor Calavo con un 19% de participación y de las empresas Westpak y Giumarra, cada una con una participación del 6%. The research arises from the need to demonstrate that advertising with a priming effect can improve the domain of the vision and mission of an educational institution in students ofbasic education, specifically in their conceptions of social projection, environmental care and humanistic learning. Its objective was to determine the effects of priming in advertisingaimed at improving the domain of institutional purposes. The design was experimental, and the population, students of the VII cycle of EBR. The techniques used were the observationrecord and the survey, and descriptive statistics for information processing. The results show that advertising with a priming effect improves vision mastery, 25% more in the experimentalgroup than in the control group, and regarding the mission of the institution, the level of mastery is maintained.

Between 1740 and 1754 the Society of Jesus established three missionsin the south of the frontier that shaped the Salado river in the present territory of the State of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Concerning the colonial authorities the sites operated as advance post; for the indigenous groups they became a place of encounter, barter and confrontation and pacific dealings, where caciques (chiefs) played a fundamental role. The South American jet stream (SALLJ) and the precipitation occurrence on the Peruvian jungle were analyzed, taking into account data from the Global Forecast System (GFS) atmospheric model and accumulated precipitation data estimated by the Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission (TRMM) satellite in the southern summers between the years 2005 and 2014. The Weibull distribution was used for the statistical analysis of the southern north wind and the Kendall's non-parametric correlation statistical test to associate the SALLJ events defined by the criteria of Whiteman et al. (1997) and Bonner (1968). The results reveal that the average behavior of the southern component of the wind fluctuates between 1.2 and 11.7 m/s with variations of +/- 3.2 m/s, registering a maximum wind of 21.4 m / s. Objective. Demonstrate the relationship between the planeation strategic institutional and the making-decisions of the officials in the Provincial Municipality of Huánuco (MPHCO), in the 2019. Methods. A quantitative approach with a non-experimental design was employed. It applied a survey as instrument to collect information using the technique of survey of opinion to capture the perception of the study variables between the officials of the MPHCO. Results. It's obtained a value correlational of 0,223 using Spearman's statistical method. This result evidence a correlation positive of level low between the variables of the research: planeation strategic institutional and making-decisions of the officials in the Provincial Municipality of Huánuco, in 2019. Workers are calling for a new psychological contract in which power differences are less asymmetrical and underrepresented voices are heard. In this context, the present study identifies the gaps between the three organizational hierarchical levels (strategic, executive and operational) with a focus on power asymmetries. Employing the case studies methodology, Denison’s (1990) instrument is applied to measure the four dimensions (Adaptability, Involvement, Mission and Consistency) of organizational culture at a supermarket located in northern Chile that is part of a leading chain regionally and nationally.
