The generation of hazardous solid waste (puncturing, not puncturing, special and common), by the minor health care centers such as dental clinics, veterinarians, doctors' offices and pharmacies and their inadequate management, causes a serious problem towards human health and the ambient. Determination of the optimal moment for the culling of breeding native guinea pigs (Cavia porcellus)

In the Germplasm Bank of native guinea pigs of the EEA Chumbibamba of the National Institute of Agrarian Innovation (Peru) the optimal technical and economic moment for the single culling of breeding animals was determined. In total, 320 Creole guinea pigs were used and the Fisher-Hotelling methodology was applied, and the bioeconomic model of single harvest of breeding animals at constant price was proposed under four profitability rate scenarios. The results of the biological model indicate that the optimal productive life in females occurs at 414 days of age and in males at 579 days. The optimal values of the bioeconomic model for guinea pigs by profitability scenarios indicate that at a discount rate of 9%, the optimal harvest period would be 502 days; while at the discount rate of 30% it is reduced to 494 days.

Using a sample of weekly frequency of the stock and Forex markets returns series, we estimate a set of Markov-Switching-Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heterocedasticity (MS-GARCH) models to a set of Latin American countries (Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru) with an approach based on both the Monte Carlo Expectation-Maximization (MCEM) and Monte Carlo Maximum Likelihood (MCML) algorithms. The estimates are compared with a standard GARCH, MS and other models. The results show that the volatility persistence is captured differently in the MS and MS-GARCH models. The estimated parameters with a standard GARCH model exacerbates the volatility in almost double compared to MS-GARCH model and a lower likelihood with the other model than MS-GARCH model. This paper proposes a simple mathematical model that represents the dynamics of youth play for adolescents from 11 to 18 years. This model is defined by a system of 3 differential equations, which are based on continuous processes. The specification of the classes of our model is based on the group classification of the state of gravity of the problem given in [10]. Then we proceed to find the equilibrium points of the system and its analysis. For our numerical simulation we estimate all the parameters of the model using the research work [6] and we apply the Runge kutta algorithm of order 4. As a result and conclusion it is determined that the problem with the game is endemic among young people. In addition, the prevalence of problems with the game is lower in students aged 15 to 18 than in students aged 11 to 14.

El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la influencia de la estrategia de redacción escalonada (resumen, comentario y ensayo) desde el enfoque de la intertextualidad, en el desarrollo de la competencia de escritura académica en los estudiantes universitarios. La metodología fue cualitativa de diseño fenomenológico-hermenéutico porque supuso dos etapas: la aplicación de la estrategia y la evaluación del portafolio de redacción. Se consideró el muestreo por conveniencia de varios grupos de estudiantes inscritos en el curso de Redacción Técnica en una universidad pública. The district of Madrigal, Province of Caylloma, Arequipa, is affected by a rotational slip that has been activated since 1959 and which currently shows a high danger and therefore levels of high physical vulnerability. This locality is based on fine foundation soil of lacustrine origin. Studies of photointerpretation of aerial photos of the years 1955, 1970 and 1997 determined that in almost 50 years the landslide of Madrigal increased the unstable area by 0.6 km2. The main aim of the study was to determine the quality of the design of Removable Partial Dentures in 2017 Huánuco working models based on the years of experience of the professionals. Descriptive study, basic and prospective transversal type. With a quantitative approach, 280 working models for the preparation of removable partial dentures were included in the study. One of the main causes of low crop efficiency in Peru is poor management of water resources; that is why the main objective of this article is to estimate the amount of irrigation water required in quinoa crops through a comparison between the machine learning and Aquacrop models. For the development of this study, meteorological data from the province of Jauja and descriptive data of quinoa crops were processed and a simulation period was established from June to December. From the simulation carried out, it was determined that the best model to predict the required irrigation water is the Ada Boost model in which it was observed that the mean and standard deviation of the Ada Boost models (Mean = 19.681 and Std. ABSTRACT The study of different variables, such as pathogenesis, inflammatory profile, identification of therapeutic targets, efficacy of treatments in murine models has proven to be one of the most practical for the preclinical study of triple negative breast cancer (TNBC), the most aggressive subtype of cancer, with limited application of treatments and low survival rate. However, it must be recognized that there are other minors in which the induction of TNBC is being standardized. This review encompasses the different induction methods that have allowed the development of TNBC and the most relevant therapeutic applications by which murine models with TNBC were developed.
