Para el estudio preliminar para la instalación de una planta productora de aceite de soya (Glycine max) refinado, se definió como mercado objetivo la gran Lima, la cual es comprendida por Lima Metropolitana y Callao. Se elige este mercado objetivo porque es donde existe mayor demanda de aceite vegetal y existe mayor concentración de amas de casa. Se determinó la demanda realizando una encuesta a 40 personas para hallar la intensidad e intensión de compra, con lo que se halló una demanda inicial para el año 2015 de 2 856 508,11 L y para el año 2019 de 3 065 502,70 L. La localización elegida es la ciudad de Lima, ya que se encuentra cerca al mercado objetivo y a un puerto importante; este último factor es importante ya que la materia primera será importada. The research aims to formulate a food mixture based on quinoa, cañihua, barley, corn, beans and soy using cooking-extrusion technology. The optimal mixture was made with formulations of better chemical computation, the mixture containing 28.8% pearl quinoa, 9.25% cañihua, 5.00% barley, 6.00% bean, 3.00% corn, 8.00% soybeans, 29.50% being favored of sugar, 8.00% of vegetable oil, 0.20% of essence, 2.00% of tricalcium phosphate and 0.25% of vitamins. The soybean is of great importance in the Brazilian agricultural scenario and both productivity and the area cultivated to each crop are increasing, demanding more speed and quality at harvest. However, losses are recorded in the mechanical harvesting of soybeans, a fundamental stage in the production process of field crops. Looking to quantify these losses was used in this study display a loss, and results were compared with the losses collected manually. El objetivo principal de este proyecto es determinar la viabilidad tecnológica, económica, financiera, de mercado y social para la instalación de una planta productora de bebida de extracto de soya (Glycine max) para el consumo en Lima Metropolitana. Mediante una encuesta realizada se encontró que el producto sería bien aceptado por el sector “A” y “B”. Además, se determinó que los clientes serán los supermercados. Asimismo, se halló la demanda del proyecto, la cual para el año 2027 será de 925 028 unidades de producto terminado. Lead, a highly toxic metal, can accumulate in the body through food intake, especially cereals and grains. Soybean, being a cereal, is characterized by its notable capacity for resistance to toxic metals, which makes it less susceptible to chemical and biological decomposition processes. The objective of this research is to quantify the concentrations of lead in soybeans and the toxicological risk to which the inhabitants of the Quevedo canton are exposed. To achieve this, random grain samples were collected monthly in triplicate (n=3) from four markets, along with a control sample. Subsequently, they were analyzed independently. The samples were weighed, calcined at 600°C for two hours, cooled and digested with concentrated nitric and hydrochloric acid. Objetivo: planificar intervenciones de enfermería para el proceso del cuidado enfermero aplicado a paciente con anemia ferropénica en el centro de salud Max Arias Schreiber, 2025. Material y métodos: se llevó a cabo un estudio de caso clínico, descriptivo y no experimental, utilizando instrumentos como la valoración por patrones funcionales de Marjory Gordon y las taxonomías NANDA, NIC Y NOC. Esta idea que surge del trabajo de Max Weber no aparece en este texto. Sin embargo, Santuc recibe una versión de este concepto del libro de Marcel Gauchet con el mismo nombre. RESUMEN La presente investigación se enfoca a la mejora del proceso de desarrollo de software en el curso de “Proyecto Integrador II” en la Universidad Privada del Norte a través del uso de la herramienta software Eclipse Process Framework, que contiene la documentación y elaboración del modelo de procesos de software, tomando como base el Proceso Unificado de Rational y el estándar MoProSoft (Modelo de Procesos de Software) para la documentación del mismo. El producto principal de esta investigación es el modelo de procesos para la ingeniería del software (MPIS) soportado bajo Eclipse Process Framework, que servirá como base para el desarrollo de los capstone projects, teniendo una publicación web que servirá como guía para los desarrolladores y participantes de los proyectos de pregrado, en las fases de planificación, desarrollo y cierre.

The purpose of this research was to make a chocolate bar with flour from kiwicha (Amaranthus caudatus) and soy lecithin (Glycine max) using 3D printing technology. A conventional 3D printer (used to print with plastic) was used to which the extrusion system was modified to "print" custom bars. Free softwares were used to design new parts (Repetier Host), commands (Arduino) and circuits (Fritzing) in the construction of the new extruder. PLA plastic was used to build the parts that allowed the extruder to be assembled in the conventional 3D printer. Different concentrations of kiwicha flour (10%- 30%) and soy lecithin (0% - 10%) were used to make the chocolate bar, completing 100% with milk chocolate; following an experimental design of the type 22 + 2 * 2 + 4 center points.
