Este estudio caracterizo la dasométria, fenotipo y productividad de árboles plus de Bertholletia excelsa “castaña”, presentes en una concesión castañera ubicada en la Comunidad de Varsovia, distrito de Las Piedras, región de Madre de Dios. Con el propósito de demostrar si existen variables fenotípicas y/o dasométricas que determinan o limitan la productividad de esta especie, además de encontrar genotipos productivos, sanos y bien formados, que procuren garantizar una permanencia longeva como donadores de semilla. In mass production, the carbon nitrogen (C: N) ratio affects the growth and production of conidia. The objective was to evaluate B. bassiana and M. anisopliaenativos in solid substrates rice (Oryza sativa L.) and corn (Zea mays L.) enriched with nutritional supplements, molasses (source-carbon) in concentration (2.5-5.0 g ), amaranth and soybean meals, milk powder and yeast (nitrogen sources) of concentration (0.25-0.50 g), compared with controls. The C: N ratio was 10: 1. The experimental design was Categorical Multi-Factorial and the technique, observation. La práctica de la actividad física de manera sistemática contribuye con la salud del organismo, el estudio tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre la actividad física y el índice de masa corporal de los estudiantes de la Institución Educativa Secundaria Túpac Amaru II del distrito de Tirapata – Puno 2019. The effect of six cryoprotective solutions based on MgCl2 and methanol, in addtion with sucrose and 10% Aloe vera gel or 10% egg yolk, on the sperm viability in spermatophore and sperm mass of Litopenaeus vannamei was evaluated. Besides, cooling rates of -0.5, -1 and -2 °C/min were used until temperature reached -35, -80 and -100 °C prior to immersion in liquid nitrogen. The sperm viability rate was determined by eosin-nigrosin staining. The results showed that the solutions based on MgCl2, sucrose plus egg yolk or Aloe vera gel better preserved sperm viability in spermatophore (82.8 ± 2.3% and 72.6 ± 3.1%) and in sperm mass (83.4 ± 2.5% and 76 ± 1.1%) without significant differences with the control group (p>0.05). Methodology: quasi-experimental design study, longitudinal since two study groups were formed with measures before and after the program, a sample of 113 older adults leaving 91 participants after the selection tests were applied, with 51 being the study group and 41 the control group. El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo diseñar y construir un biorreactor batch tipo tanque agitado y aireado con capacidad de un litro para la producción de proteína unicelular. Para su diseño y construcción se empleó un software que genera las especificaciones ideales para este tipo de trabajo, materiales y accesorios fácilmente manipulables y esterilizables a base de vidrio, tapones de caucho para uso químico y mangueras de plástico, el sistema de agitación se construyó con materiales de acero inoxidable más la adición de un motor de paso de 12 V. La presente tesis se realizó en el marco del proyecto “Propuesta de techos verdes acondicionados a viviendas rurales de las zonas altoandinas del Perú (altitud > 3500 msnm)”. La investigación planteó un sistema de regulación de temperatura en viviendas rurales con la finalidad de incrementar las temperaturas cuando estas sean bajas. Este sistema consiste en adicionar una cobertura vegetal a un techo preexistente de una vivienda rural típica denominando a este sistema como “Techo Verde”. El techo verde está conformado desde abajo hacia arriba, por una capa impermeable, un sistema de drenaje, un geotextil, un sustrato vegetal y plantaciones. Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the association between anthropometric parameters and the prevalence of dental caries and its clinical consequences among children from the Señor de los Milagros preschool in Santa Anita, Lima. Materials and Methods: In this analytical cross-sectional study, 100 children from 5 to 6 years of age were examined. Dental caries was registered with the WHO’s criteria, clinical consequences of untreated dental caries were assessed with the pufa index and anthropometric indexes (weight for age, height for age and BMI for age) were measured using WHO’s AnthroPlus software. En este trabajo se realizó el análisis del efecto operar un reactor de metanación bajo diferentes condiciones de flujo de reactivos. Para ello, se realizaron simulaciones numéricas utilizando el software Aspen Plus con una cinética química del tipo Langmuir-Hinshelwood-Hougen-Watson (LHHW). Se determinaron los parámetros óptimos de diseño (diámetro y masa del catalizador) del reactor basado en el flujo de hidrógeno producido por un electrolizador que consume 4,8 kWe (0,747 mol H2/min), y se evaluó el efecto de trabajar con el mismo reactor, pero con un flujo de H2 proveniente de un proceso de 15 kWe (2,25 mol H2/min), alimentándose con una relación estequiométrica de CO2 (H2:CO2=4:1). Introduction: Peripheral primitive neuroectodermal tumor of the kidney (PNETk) is a very aggressive rare disease that mainly affects young men. Case report: A 19-year-old male patient with symptoms of abdominal pain, hematuria and a palpable mass, the tomography shows a large left renal tumor. Conventional radical nephrectomy was performed and sent for pathology study plus histochemistry, resulting in PNETk. The patient then continued his oncology management for chemotherapy initially. Conclusion: The PNETk that we describe represents the first case reported in our country, it constitutes a unique clinical entity due to its rarity, being a challenge to make a diagnosis and its behavior and management is still based on case reports due to its infrequency.

El presente proyecto se desarrolló con el objetivo de determinar el efecto de las características Clínicas y Socioeconómicas sobre el Estado Nutricional de pacientes infectados con VIH que reciben tratamiento antirretroviral de gran actividad (TARGA) en el Hospital Apoyo Iquitos “Cesar Garayar García”, 2016. La investigación fue no experimental, descriptivo, transversal y correlativo. La muestra estuvo constituida por 263 pacientes en TARGA.
