El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo identificar y entender los principales procesos de concertación y negociación, así como los indicadores de éxito y mecanismos de monitoreo y seguimiento para mantener la licencia social en las industrias extractivas. Para la presente investigación se toma en cuenta el análisis de dos casos exitosos del sector minero para obtener y mantener la licencia social; el proyecto Quellaveco ubicado en el departamento de Moquegua y el proyecto Tintaya ubicado en el departamento de Cusco. Asimismo, este trabajo contempla entrevistas a expertos vinculados estrechamente con dichos casos para entender a mayor profundidad la naturaleza de dichos procesos y validar cuales son los aspectos relevantes que facilitan obtener y mantener la licencia social. Este estudio explora las experiencias de songwriting durante la pandemia de COVID-19, con el fin de comprender cómo circunstancias excepcionales afectaron la creatividad y el proceso compositivo de los músicos. Se realizó un estudio fenomenológico con cinco participantes de diferentes especialidades, residentes en el Perú, utilizando entrevistas semiestructuradas. Las transcripciones se codificaron y analizaron temáticamente. Como resultado, se generaron dos categorías teóricas: a) procesos y uso de herramientas tecnológicas para la creación musical y b) impacto de la pandemia en la práctica del songwriting. La presente investigación lleva como título “Propuesta de Gestión para mantener la Rugosidad dentro de los Niveles de Servicio del contrato de concesión”. La investigación se enfoca en dar una alternativa de gestión que asegure mantener los niveles de servicio en lo referente a la calidad del pavimento cuando la carretera se encuentra en estado de conservación reduciendo el costo que se va a invertir en años futuros teniendo como base datos obtenidos desde el año 2010 al 2015. El objetivo del trabajo fue diseñar un plan de mejora sobre el control estadístico de proceso para disminuir las mermas de materiales de embalaje en una Empresa agroindustrial empacadora de La Libertad. La metodología del trabajo se basó en la obtención de los datos estadísticos consolidados de la última campaña de producción de arándano, donde se clasificaron los materiales utilizados en 9 familias o categorías de acuerdo con el uso común del proceso productivo de empaque. Los resultados indicaron que las mermas de materiales de envases y embalajes de originaban por 4 motivos principales: calidad de fruta, exceso de producción, pedido cancelado y pedido completo para los cuales se generaron gráficos estadísticos para obtener la contribución porcentual, ponderada, en unidades y en costos de cada uno de estos motivos. Se realizó una revisión sistemática de literatura en las bases datos Science Direct, PubMed, SciELO, EBSCO host, Redalyc, ProQuest y Google Scholar, seguida de un metaanálisis para estimar la prevalencia combinada de Salmonella spp en canales de cerdos en plantas de beneficio del país. Se recopilaron 3007 artículos científicos, informes técnicos, trabajos de grado y presentaciones de reuniones técnicas publicados entre 2009 y 2020. Se retiraron aquellos que no cumplían con los criterios de inclusión. Se revisaron 51 estudios en detalle, seleccionando 11 documentos que se emplearon en el metaanálisis. La prevalencia combinada de Salmonella spp en canales de cerdo fue de 9.7% (4.0-16.2%). El metaanálisis mostró una alta heterogeneidad en las prevalencias. The research in the laboratory was made operating variables (reactant concentration, pH and oxidation potential) of pyrite leaching gold from river Tablachaca (Ancash Peru) with thiourea (TU) followed by electro-deposition of gold. The experimental study was conducted in three stages: Oxidation of thiourea leaching of gold and gold electroplating. As an alternative to chemical agents, TU oxidation via electrolysis was conducted to obtain formamidine disulphide (FDS), which serves as an oxidizer in the dissolution of gold. The optimum degree of conversion of formamidine disulfide thiourea in 2.5 h was obtained by applying a FEM of 4.5 V with a pH of 1.5.
