An analysis of the quality management system of the Faculty of Sciences of a public university in Peru is presented. The objective was the identification, description, characterization and analysis of risks of the main processes of university management. Methodologically, the document review technique was used for diagnosis purposes, in addition, the ISO 9001:2015 STANDARD was used as a guide to identify, characterize processes, and carry out a risk analysis according to the process approach. The results made it possible to identify and describe the procedures and make a proposal for risk management of the main processes within the framework of the implementation of a quality management system.

El artículo analiza la tutela jurisdiccional efectiva en el proceso contencioso administrativo peruano, centrándose en un nuevo precedente vinculante de la Corte Suprema de Justicia. Para dicho fin, se abordan problemas y soluciones, como la igualdad de regulaciones sectoriales y la prohibición de incorporar argumentos de derecho distintos en sede administrativa. Se destaca la importancia de interpretar el proceso contencioso administrativo para efectivizar los derechos de los administrados. Se enfatiza el deber de los jueces de garantizar el debido procedimiento administrativo y se propone una interpretación sistemática de la limitación de presentación de medios probatorios.

The main warehouse of a hydroelectric plant is crucial for managing the spare parts necessary for equipment maintenance. However, its inefficient use can generate costs and decrease logistical efficiency. To improve this situation, solutions based on engineering tools such as SLP, 5S, and Slotting were proposed. The pilot implementation showed an 89% increase in the utilization of storage space indicator (UCA), a 40.73% reduction in lead time, and a 10.18% decrease in inventory level. These tools had a significant impact on space optimization, reduction in search times, improvement in inventory management, and reduction in operating costs. Consequently, they improved efficiency, profitability, and satisfaction in the logistical management of the hydroelectric plant.

The aim of this text is to simplify the analysis of various bibliographic sources that address the use of artificial intelligence in different industrial sectors. The PRISMA methodology was employed to examine articles published in different journals indexed in high-prestige databases that deal with the use of AI tools in these areas. An exhaustive literature review was conducted in Scielo and Scopus to ensure the inclusion of a broad spectrum of relevant research. Trout was introduced in our country in 1928 and managed to adapt to the freshwater ecosystems of the Peruvian highlands. It currently represents the economic livelihood of many micro and small-scale fish farmers, together with medium and large companies in regions such as Puno, Pasco, Huancavelica and Junín, whose growth in recent years has been considerable. Since the growing health crisis produced by COVID-19, our economic, social, and judicial environment has undergone several changes. Among these changes are the measures adopted by the judiciary to continue protecting rights and to continue with «normality» in its own work. This article comments on Directive No. 007-2020-CE-PJ approved by Administrative Resolution of the Executive Council of the Judiciary No. 000167-2020-CE-PJ, which implemented the «Simplified and Virtual Process of Food for Children and Adolescents». Indeed, it will be analyzed its main scopes and relevant modifications with regards to the traditional process. Likewise, the experience of the Superior Court of Justice of La Libertad with respect to the implementation of the virtual form of food demand will be taken into consideration.
