Objectives: To determine existing differences in nutritional diagnosis using different reference populations. Design: Descriptive, comparative and transversal study. In this article I propose to overcome the rational choice approach. That way I can combine it with one (that) can understand corruption as collective action. Objective: To determine the prevalence of the main mental disorders in health workers and the general population, in the context of the coronavirus 19 (COVID-19) pandemic. Material and Methods: The article follows the norms of the PRISM Guide for systematic revisions. A bibliographical search was made in Pub Med /MEDLINE from March 2020 until the 24 of March of 2021, the search strategies being duly evaluated by means of the Cochrane Manual of systematic reviews; similarly, the Mendeley program was used to qualify bibliographical references and eliminate duplicated articles. Results: Twenty-two studies were included in the analysis with a total average of 24 593 participants. Literature review demonstrates the challenge that the educational system faces in connection with a model of inclusion. Inclusive pedagogy is mentioned, targeting all students, specially, those who has been excluded from educational opportunities, such as kids that present some type of Special Educational Needs. In this context and taking into account the current public policies, it is necessary to review the current context, both in Chile and South American countries, envisage these new proposals. In spite of all the laws and proclamations, it is established that the main problems reside in the scarce teacher training for the attention of diversity, lack of resources destined to special education and persistence of segregating students with different capabilities being necessary to reformulate the regulation that governs the inclusion of these children to the society.

This research sought to describe the physical, psychological, social, and academic consequences of university students during the first year of confinement, and to identify the main coping strategies used. Following a qualitative methodology, 67 university students from different regions of the country were interviewed. The results showed that there was an initial acceptance of confinement by students, as an extreme sanitary measure necessary to reduce cases of contagion, but that as time went by it began to be perceived as a terrible experience characterized by the loss of routines, lack of control and permanent uncertainty that ended up affecting different areas of their functioning. With the approval of the European Directive 1937/2019 on October 23rd, that the countries of the European Union are required to transpose no later than two years after its entry into force, all companies, as well as public entities with more than fifty workers, must enable a whistleblower channel. The purpose of this article is to synthesize the main novelties that this norm introduces, highlighting the importance of initially reaching an agreement on the very definition of the informant. This paper presents the preliminary results of a pilot experiment in which prospective elementary school teachers have to solve arithmetic problems from elementary school textbooks related to the use of fractions through a technological environment. The main objective of the experiment, in addition to assessing the knowledge of the future teachers, is to measure the performance of the students based on the type of feedback received after answering multiple choice questions. The data collected allow us to verify the positive impact of using messages with aids compared to using only correct or error messages. On the other hand, we consolidate a methodology to use the measurement of student reading time provided by the technological environment as a proxy to determine the complexity of verbal problems.

The recognition of indigenous rights in the Constitution of Venezuela 1999 represents a conceptual tension in the way of conceiving the citizenship: means transit of a homogeneous citizenship to other multicultural character. The first is dedicated to presenting the problem of the exercise of freedom and the consequences that it entails both in the republican and in the liberal model and, of course, it’s different variants. The second part works on the importance of promoting civic values in republicanism, as well as the counterproductive consequences. The third part problematizes if a liberal model can also arrive at a more cooperative and participative position.
