La presente investigación trata sobre, “EL PROCESO ABREVIADO EN EL CODIGO MILITAR POLICIAL Y SU APLICACIÓN EN EL JUZGADO MILITAR POLICIAL DE LAMBAYEQUE Y CAJAMARCA (SEDE CHICLAYO) AÑO 2015”, el problema se centró en proponer que la institución jurídica del proceso abreviado regulada en el Código Penal Militar Policial (Decreto Legislativo N°1094) y su aplicación en el Juzgado Militar Policial de Lambayeque y Cajamarca, año 2015, se extienda a todos los delitos de función en la cual la pena acordada no sea mayor a tres años de pena privativa de libertad y no solamente a los delitos de deserción cometido por el personal de tropa servicio militar voluntario del Ejercito del Perú. This research sought to describe the physical, psychological, social, and academic consequences of university students during the first year of confinement, and to identify the main coping strategies used. Following a qualitative methodology, 67 university students from different regions of the country were interviewed. The results showed that there was an initial acceptance of confinement by students, as an extreme sanitary measure necessary to reduce cases of contagion, but that as time went by it began to be perceived as a terrible experience characterized by the loss of routines, lack of control and permanent uncertainty that ended up affecting different areas of their functioning.
