Follow a research project of archaeological materials, the authors develop the inventory, classification and ordering of archaeological artifacts from the monument Huaca Concha, that were recovered from 1989 to 1994 and later deposited in the School of Archaeology of the San Marcos University. The main objective of the study consisted of the identification and reintegration of various funerary contexts rescued from Huaca Concha, that were being reorganized and stored by material items in the deposits of the school of archeology. This work also helped identify moments of material collection, responsible for recoveries and especially additional collections of cultural materials relevant to the history and the historical understanding of this archaeological site.

In 2013, President of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Mikhail Nikolaev announced the launch of the republican project Music for Everybody. The organizers of this project –– the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Culture and Spirituality of the republic –– have set the goal to help all children learn one classical musical instrument by their graduation from general education school. Currently in Peru, UV index levels exceed the maximum allowable value (11+ Extreme). For this reason, it is important to evaluate the effectiveness of sunscreens with different Sun Protection Factor (SPF) ratings, which is a laboratory measure of the sunscreen's efficacy against UV-B radiation on our skin. In this study, the in vitro technique will be used following COLIPA recommendations, which involves measuring the transmission of UV radiation through the cream. The results obtained for the different SPFs are consistent with the values indicated on the product packaging: Bahía-SPF 45, Avon-SPF 50, and Bahía-SPF 70. This article addresses urban growth in Metropolitan Lima in a context of inequality. It aims to identify the city’s uneven urban growth and the high level of urban fragmentation and segregation that has been predominant over the past decade. It is analyzed from the perspective of urban sociology how a new social, cultural and economic overflow has been produced and reproduced in the city. We maintain that in Metropolitan Lima it has been configured as a segregated and segregated city. Methodologically, a documentary analysis and a review of bibliographic sources are proposed. Finally, by way of conclusions, the need to know and recognize the urban problems of our city is affirmed for a greater efficiency and effectiveness of urban policies.

Mental health problems in children and adolescents have a high incidence in Peru and worldwide. However, studies on the psychological repercussions of the pandemic of Covid-19 on children and adolescents in Peru are insufficient. The general objective was to identify the magnitude of the major mental health problems in the child and adolescent population in Lima (Peru) related to Covid-19. This study was descriptive-transversal. The sample was of 2639 children and adolescents. After the arrival of the pandemic, not only the traditional forms of teaching-learning in schools changed, but also the violence, thus generating cyberbullying, in this regard, it is important to address what parents and teachers think about it. Thus, the objective is to know the social representations about cyberbullying in parents and teachers of a school in Lima in the context of pandemic. For this purpose, a qualitative research of reflexive thematic analysis design was carried out where 10 semi-structured interviews were applied to (5) teachers and (5) parents. La condición térmica de un edificio es una de las piedras angulares del diseño arquitectónico. Esta tesis investiga si la aplicación de estrategias de diseño pasivo puede crear un diseño de aula exitoso para un clima tropical. Las preguntas de la investigación se respondieron mediante una tesis cuantitativa. En primer lugar, se analizaron las estrategias de diseño pasivo para la calefacción, la refrigeración y la iluminación, luego se seleccionaron aquellas con potencial para mejorar el confort térmico y visual existente. The main objective of this study was to analyze the relationship between virtual education and connectivity among students at a public university in Lima. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach, using a basic, non-experimental, descriptive-correlational design. Two structured surveys were used to collect data, which separately assessed the dimensions of virtual education and connectivity. The sample was purposive and comprised 80 university students. The reliability of the instruments was verified using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, obtaining a value of 0.858 for the questionnaire referring to virtual education and 0.731 for the one addressing connectivity, ensuring adequate levels of internal consistency. La construcción de una identidad psicosocial es tarea de la adolescencia, y se conquista con la exploración y posterior compromiso en diversas áreas según la teoría de Erikson. La evidencia croscultural muestra que no sucede igual en todas partes del mundo. Este estudio cualitativo con 20 adolescentes de cuatro escuelas de Lima (Perú) indagó por las variaciones en el proceso de construcción de identidad psicosocial. This text presents an ongoing research that relates the policy mapping activity aimed at promoting gender-related issues in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) conducted by the ELLAS research network (Equality in Leadership for Latin American STEM) to the Brazilian New High School policy. Through document analysis related to the policy, it is possible to identify indications of the gender demand in STEM within the national policy, stemming from the loan agreement with the World Bank.

The present article exposes the results of a research project developed between 2011, 2012 and 2016 with Trío Los Cholos in the city of Lima, in which I sought to problematize the sense and use given to the notion of «traditional» within the musical practice of the ensemble, in interaction with its performance contexts. Our departure point was not to consider such term as an objective trait, characteristic of a variety of cultural artifacts according to authenticity rhetorics or academic folklore theories, but as an abstract principle constructed based on a set of meanings, perceptions or valuations defined by the ensemble’s performers. The situation that is lived worldwide has promoted virtual education, so that university tea- chers have been forced to adapt to this exclusive way of teaching, therefore, questions ari- se about the didactics, methodology and resources they use in this environment to get stu- dents to learn. Given this phenomenon, the objective of the present study was to find out the predominant teaching styles among university teachers in a private institution in Lima. The methodology was descriptive of a quantitative approach and the sample was made up of 114 teachers from the Hospitality and Tourism faculty of the mentioned institution. The re- sults obtained determined that the prevailing teaching style is functional, followed by formal and structural. These styles are related to the academic knowledge of university teaching.
