The following work is focused on the rebranding and visual systematization of a Peruvian women's clothing brand, which will make the leap to be distributed from the textile emporium of Gamarra to a nationally recognized department store. In addition, a relaunch campaign will be produced with the objective of generating recognition through a proposal focused on the emotional understanding of its public. To do this, we conducted an analysis of the brand and our target audience and investigated the context of both sales markets that allowed us to define a comprehensive communication proposal, the redesign of the visual brand established later in an identity manual, a graphic campaign, and promotional activities to position the brand within the category and disseminate the purpose of this; boost confidence and empower women through fashion.

En la escuela de espalda se describe a la columna vertebral como el principal eje del cuerpo humano y como, este eje está conformado por músculos que ayudan a mantener el soporte y la buena postura. Teniendo en cuenta el gran problema que aqueja a la sociedad de hoy en día, es el dolor de espalda, debido a la falta de ejercicios, las malas posturas, la carga excesiva de peso, y los malos movimientos repetitivos. Planteándose como un medio para solucionar este problema un programa de ejercicios dirigido específicamente a lumbalgías, dorsalgias, ciatalgias, escoliosis, hipercifosis, espondilolistesis. Este programa de ejercicios o “Back School” toma en cuenta la prevención primaria y prevención secundaria, es un método de enseñanza de prevención y autocuidado del dolor de espalda, con el único propósito de educar al paciente.

In this policy-oriented paper, we provide a pre- and post-pandemic socioeconomic analysis of Peru, along with a financially sustainable five-year Building Back Better recovery plan, which emphasizes the urgency of addressing some of the country’s structural weaknesses. We underscore the importance of public investment for this effort, but widen the focus to include current public expenditure, in order to take steps towards building a more universal social protection system. We show that this also contributes to reducing the gender imbalances in the labor market that the pandemic exposed and exacerbated. This musculoskeletal challenge has seen a surge in prevalence in recent times. The focal point of this study is to conceptualize an ergonomic support system specifically geared towards averting lumbar injuries linked to sedentary habits. Through a comprehensive experiment involving the analysis of existing ergonomic backrests and the subsequent development of a prototype using 3D scanning, design, and manufacturing processes, a solution was crafted. After a long series of terms used to define the displacement of disc material (either the nucleus pulposus or the fibrous ring), herniated discs were classified as bulging, focal protrusion, extrusion and sequestration. Herniated discs represent from 1% to 3% of all causes of low back pain. However, not all herniated discs are necessarily symptomatic: the presence or absence of symptoms depend on the size, location and extent of the herniated disc material in relation to the spinal canal, and whether or not it compromises the nerve roots. Several studies using magnetic resonance imaging and CT scans were performed during the 1980s and 1990s to asymptomatic individuals, and a significant number of these individuals who did not have any type of pain had disc protrusion and bulging.

The objective of this article is to give an account of the labor reintegration process in subjects in condition of drug addiction during their rehabilitation. Using a qualitative methodology, in-depth interviews were conducted with ten people in addiction in rehabilitation. Those who were interviewed have more than 15 years of sobriety and are part of a self-help group that implements the 12-step program of Alcoholics Anonymous in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
