El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo fundamental dar a conocer y comprender las causas que motivaron la invasión islámica al reino visigodo o España visigoda, y dar a conocer la repercusión geopolítica y cultural que tuvo en la península ibérica. Las razones fundamentales de este trabajo monográfico constituye para que el lector y la comunidad universitaria, tengan un conocimiento más claro y objetivo acerca de los hechos reales que motivaron la invasión musulmana a España, y así poder tener una nueva visión del hecho histórico del Siglo VIII.

The purpose of this study is to develop a model of professional meritocracy of managers based on Iranian and Islamic teachings. The research method is mixed (qualitatively quantitative) of the type of successive exploratory designs. In the qualitative section, using the library method and mining texts, the concepts related to the indicators of professional competence of organizational managers were examined. La presente monografía está constituida por tres capítulos: el capítulo I, trata sobre el origen del judaísmo. En este apartado, se ha abordado la relación de Abraham con hechos especiales que conjugarían en el inicio de la historia judaica; por otra parte, se considera el tratamiento de contribuciones a su formalización. El capítulo II, trata acerca del origen del cristianismo. En este apartado, se ha tratado la figura del Mesías y la correspondencia con sucesos ya dispuestos para el encaminar del cristianismo; así también se considera las aportaciones de formidables culturas. The present study aimed to provide a conceptual model of cultural policy-making in Payame Noor universities in District 8 based on piety and virtue. In this study, the components of cultural policy based on piety were first identified through exploratory studies and surveys of knowledge-aware experts using the Delphi technique, and then these factors were tested in the form of a model designed in the statistical population. A partir del análisis conceptual y comparativo, el autor analiza las propiedades de los sistemas electorales de los países árabes e islámicos. Para ello desarrolla un panorama general de las elecciones como instituciones —en el mundo de las democracias occidentales— y las confronta con las elecciones árabes. De esa manera busca diferenciar mejor, sin dejar de considerar el contexto propio de la región objeto de estudio.
