The current circumstances further merit investment in scientific research, to contribute to the homogeneous sustainability of the world population. The economic resources destined to the research field must be prioritized in order to rediscover what nature holds for the future man. Practical sumptuousness has plunged humanity into a minimalist idea of ??its social condition. The world phenomena of diverse nature are sneaked by a small group of research philanthropists without state economic funds, absolutely relegated by private companies that profit from raw materials.

In social historical development, the base and foundation categories make up two different issues, but in turn, intrinsically connected. There is no object, field or social dimension beyond its reach. Perhaps, metaphorically speaking, base and foundation make up the seal and face of the same coin. The variables, categories, concepts, definitions, assumptions, judgments, reasoning and arguments are determined by their bases and foundations. In this article we intend to answer the questions What do we call base? And what do we call foundation? Two essential issues important for educational scientific research.

Social innovation is recognized by multilateral organizations as a way to cope creatively and collaboratively with social demands that are not satisfied, neither from the public nor from the private. This challenge requires management reliable relationship between actors with diverse and sometimes conflicting interests. In this sense, the social function of public relations (PR) can provide an important service to prevent resistance to social changes that involve innovation processes. Objective. To identify limiting factors in the process of preparing a scientific research project in students of the nursing program at Universidad de Huanuco, 2019. Methods. It was an observational, prospective, and analytical study. Population sample comprised of 60 students. Measurement instruments were: interview guide with general characteristics of the sample. Two questionnaires, preparation of a research project and limiting factors, which were validated. For the statistical analysis, Chi-Square test of independence was used, Odds ratio (OR) estimation and p < 0.05 were performed. Results. Project preparation process in 53.3 % (32) was adequate. Introduction: Health research priorities definition address research efforts to the promotion of health science, technology, and innovation. Material and Methods: Health research priorities in the Peruvian Social Security for the period 2020-2022 was carried out in four stages using a systematic, structured, participatory and sequential process. Results: First, the progress of the research in the priorities of the period 2017-2019 was evaluated. Introduction. Collaborative work promotes learning through active participation of students, allowing the development of social abilities and the construction of their own knowledge. Objective. To analyze collaborative work and its relationship with academic performance in medical students in a research course. Methods. Cross-sectional study, in which 148 human medicine students enrolled in the research course participated, selected using a non-probabilistic sample. Disruptive technologies and their impact on journalism and communication force us to assume challenges in learning new techniques for data and information processing. Interdisciplinary knowledge is evident in the teaching of new professional profiles. Data journalism is an example of this, so the immersion into a data culture must be preceded by awareness in the learning of news applications, algorithms or the treatment of Big Data, elements that configure new paradigms among journalists of the media on the Internet. With the revision of texts, direct observation of selected applications and case study, some conclusions are established that contain a growing demand in the knowledge of new techniques. The results show the use of technological resources and the proposal of changes in the curricula of the communication faculties.
