In the past decade is frequent use of information and communication technologies as part of the educational and pedagogical task, since it develops a variety of relationships, behaviors, attitudes, roles, skills and other domains, which involves creativity and innovation based on the capabilities and interest of those involved so it has become an essential tool for teaching and learning processes, information, communication, and the generation, appropriation and use of knowledge and the development of technology, science and knowledge, requiring only the use of Internet, telematics, robotics, computer, technology, cyber, cyberspace, cyber art and the like, with very specific performance criteria that would help address the how and with what care the nature of learning and performance of teachers.

This article is shown as an integrated axis which refers directly to the action of strategies in processing the information in the human brain. The objective of this article is to study the achievements of learning strategies influence over the information process, to know the learning process of people in general and to design intervention techniques in order to improve the information process. The article examines the power that the Criminal Procedure Code gives the National Police to inform the media about the identity of the accused; and analyzes if this faculty affects the right to the presumption of innocence enshrined in the Political Constitution of the State and the Code of Criminal Procedure, in order to demonstrate that, in this aspect, the guarantee of a democratic criminal system is null and has serious negative effects in the person, in terms of labeling and stigmatization for the construction of the enemy.

Implementar un modelo propuesto de Design Thinking, ese fue el principal objetivo de la investigación. This research examines how information about President Dina Boluarte’s statements on the Rolex case was published in the newspaper La República betweenMarch 14 and April 6, 2024. For this study, fundamental criteria such as editorial line, journalistic criteria, and genres considered in the editions published during thatperiod were analyzed. A qualitative approach and a hermeneutic design were chosen. The non-probabilistic sample consisted of 18 editions of the newspaper. Among the most notable findings, the media outlet was identified by its editorial line of opposition to the president. The purpose of this investigation is to conduct an analysis of the influence of information technologies (ICTs) and production processes in organizations in the industrial sector in the state of Tamaulipas during times of COVID-19. The study evaluated the municipalities of Tampico, Altamira and Reynosa. The research instrument was applied to managers and directors of different organizations, producing a total of 45 interviews and employing the partial least squares (PLS) regression technique for data analysis. The Omega McDonald index and Dillon-Goldstein’s RHO were employed to assess the instrument’s confidence level. The results indicate that the intervention new information technologies (ICTs) as tools for innovation and competitiveness in the labor market contributed as much as nearly 84 %.

The present study aimed to: verify the effectiveness that has the Active Teaching Program in Learning Strategies students of the Faculty of Education Sciences of the National University Hermilio Valdizán, Huanuco - 2012. The objective of the research work was to propose a teaching method that allowed the self-management of knowledge related to the zoology of invertebrates by the students of the 3rd year of the Bachelor of Education career, comparing in-person learning vs. those not in attendance.
