The adoption of the ISAs, to Mexico and other countries, has benefits and problems that are seen as areas of opportunity, such a regulation is considered a worldwide standard, with a greater degree of rigor and universality, which aims to contribute to the global financial stability and offset the volatility that accompanies globalization, but also requires an assessment of regulations and legislation in the country to turn, allow the full implementation of these standards. The vehicle routing problem is one of the most studied problems in Operations Re-search. Different variants have been treated in the past 50 years and with technological advances, new challenges appear. In this thesis, we introduce a new variation of the VRP appearing in wireless networks. The new characteristic added to this well-know problem is the possibility of pick-up information via wireless transmissions. In the con-text considered here, a unique base station is connected with the outside and a vehicle is responsible for collecting information via wireless connection to the vehicle when it is located in another sufficiently close station. The Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) are independent methodologies, that can be used and developed freely, but can be an important enhancer when you want to achieve innovation if they work together. The objective of this article is to present an analysis of the customers’ requirements in a product manufactured with biodegradable materials, the output result when applying the QFD was the quality critic related to toxicity, while the input information for the matrix TRIZ’s technical contradictions were the translation of the quality critic to one of the 39 technical design parameters, corresponding to parameter 30 (Harmful factors acting on the object from outside), being considered as the transfer point between the methodologies thus achieving the integration of both.

This article have the purpose of analyze the effects of Covid-19 in the public education in Lima Metropolitan. First, a general overview of the effects of the pandemia in different educational stakeholders and the differents challenges that they have taken up. From 9 interviews made principals, vice-principals, and teachers of the capital of the country, is possible to conclude that the connectivity problems coupled with a lack of adequate equipment for virtual clases, has increased inequality in access to education at all educational levels. Further, we have to highlight the psychological effects of the pandemic, essentially with emotional problems in the persons involved.

La gran cantidad de información disponible en la Web ha cambiado la forma en que las personas desarrollan software. Por medio de una serie de estudios empíricos, que incluyen encuestas en línea, grupos de enfoque, experimentos de laboratorio y trabajos de campo en los Estados Unidos y Perú, hemos podido identificar cómo los desarrolladores de software resuelven problemas por medio de búsquedas de código fuente en la Web. Este trabajo de investigación ha identificado que el 83% de desarrolladores realizó al menos una búsqueda por código fuente en la Web durante un día de trabajo y en promedio los desarrolladores realizaron 3.6 búsquedas por día. El presente documento describe un proyecto de fin de carrera en Ciencias de la Computación. Este proyecto intenta dar solución al problema de generación de horarios del personal de un hospital, para ser más exactos del servicio de Cirugía y Radioterapia de un hospital del estado. La solución se construye con el uso de un algoritmo genético. Se ha tomado como caso de estudio el servicio de un hospital del país, el cual se visitó en repetidas ocasiones para el respectivo levantamiento de información y adaptación de un algoritmo que cumpla con sus restricciones y requerimientos. The problem of safe obstetrical care has special relevance in recent years due to the interest of health professionals in reducing adverse events and improving healthcare. However, this is pursued in complex, uncertain and variable scenarios and risks, where human behavior may increase the probability of error. We often have to make short term decisions when attending two patients simultaneously – mother and fetus-, and the mother expects a deferential treatment during pregnancy, delivery and the puerperium. These processes involve multiple activities and tasks, and failures may occur. Faced with the paradigm change of involving the patient in the care and decision making process, we have to provide them with the most complete evidence, to avoid contingencies and to obtain the best possible results.

This article seeks to explain the problem of literacy in Peru (1); it focuses on the lack of information regarding how children learn or acquire writing skills, which allows initial literacy. It proposes to universities and educational institutes to incorporate into their curricula a closest approach to child development, specifically the period of the first seven years, crucial in the reader and writer training. Also, it invokes to decline traditional practices, which determine the failure of active and reflective readers from initial education and explain in part why the university and Peruvian professionals read little or write short texts. A bibliographic review was done to update and systematize information on Toxocara human infection. Transmission mechanisms, epidemiology, clinical forms, diagnostic methods and treatment are described. Its importance as an infectious cause of blindness in young people that is potentially preventible and curable by early diagnosis is emphasized. Proposal is done to establish epidemiological surveillance, improve current laws to reduce transmission risk to the general population and increase knowledge on this infection in Peru.

This study systematized information on the size of sexual abuse, reviews the history, symptoms in the short and long term impact on mental health, as well as risk behaviors in this population, prevalence, detection consequences. While there is no limit to being a victim of sexual abuse, the age of greatest risk is at the stage of puberty, probably because at this age express the changes in physical and sexual development as well as the expansion of space socialization. The high number of dysfunctional families, points out the importance in our environment have these events in the genesis of this problem. In particular when the maternal model is a non-assertive woman, oppressed victim of domestic assault, unable to transmit behavioral skills to help their daughters to protect themselves.Sexual assault can occur in unpopulated areas and remote, but also in public places, crowded and close....
