El propósito de este estudio es crear una metodología para examinar un conjunto de datos extraídos de un sistema de gestión de aprendizaje. El objetivo es desarrollar un tablero que los docentes puedan utilizar para tomar decisiones oportunas y relevantes, con el propósito de mejorar los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Para llevar a cabo la investigación, se analizaron 9,257 registros seleccionados mediante muestreo aleatorio simple, de una población total de 100,000 registros. Los indicadores estudiados incluyeron el número de accesos, las calificaciones de los cursos, el tiempo dedicado, el número de cursos matriculados y el número de actividades realizadas. Objective: to systematize the implementation of procedures and decision-making of the perinatal specialist nurse, towards the community that attends the Concentrated Rural Health Center of Tepetitla de la Lardizabal, Tlaxcala for counseling in sexual and reproductive health. Method: Participatory Action Research was used, with 118 men and women between 15 and 45 years old, with convenience sampling. Results: Three phases were applied, corresponding to research with participants in the community, education and action; as a result, 16 diagnostic labels and flow chart of attention in the consultancy that are the basis of the proposed model were identified. This paper proposes the elaboration and application of a protocol of collaborative management within the current legal framework for public works in Peru, in order to expedite the execution and achievement of projects. For this purpose, firstly, it is necessary to analyze what collaborative approach means within the construction industry and why it is necessary for public works based on industry’s best practices. Secondly, to identify challenges on the application of a collaborative approach and tools from the public procurement law that enable this approach. Finally, this paper shares recommendations and conclusions to take into consideration for the elaboration and application of this model.

In addition, through the approach of the necessary technological tools and the understanding of the target population, the aim is to redesign and automate the service process of the restaurants to achieve an effective optimization of time.

The establishment of taxes, designed to assist in the preservation of the environment is a strategic choice for environmental management through the performance of duty to contribute and the polluter pays principle, both fall within the principle of solidarity. Our goal is to show that environmental taxes have a clearly a tax. Thus, the technical coordination of environmental taxation must meet the principles of justice that inform the duty to contribute, as they are on track. The design of environmental taxation, within the boundaries set by those principles, ensures it flows into the calm sea of constitutional justice. Also, the overflow is the cause for the rule of law legal tax catastrophe: it unconstitutional. That is why we fulfill our social responsibility to propose the urgent implementation of environmental taxes to preserve the environment in Peru.

Nowadays, change is the only constant variable. Therefore, business enterprises should focus more attention on them supply chains. The main contribution of this paper is to show the relation between Lean Warehousing and Supply Chain Management since one is inside the other and they complement each other very well to produce results in the retail sector. In the course of the research, the raised hypothesis was proved since the presented results show a better behavior in a 38.36%, compared to the initial scenario. The results of this research show that retail sector companies must perform appropriate management of their inventories, establish a forecasted demand, and have appropriate warehouse spaces. This document is part of a research work, where the energetic situation of the rural community San Francisco de Raymina, located in the Ayacucho Region at 3798 masl, is evaluated. The current situation of electric energy supply in the locality is described and analyzed. Based on a situational diagnosis, identifying the needs (use and consumption) of electric energy of the population, and an evaluation of the renewable energy potential of the place, a clean and viable technological solution is proposed. Particularly, as the community has very limited electricity supply, typical for many similar villages, insufficient for the development of productive activities, a local photovoltaic installation is proposed, in order to replace the conventional grid system and to satisfy the local demand in a sustainable way.

El presente artículo de revisión tiene como objetivo reconocer la evolución del proceso de implementación de Oficinas de Dirección de Proyectos (PMO) y su aporte en la mejora de la gestión empresarial. This research aimed to implement a Peace Education Project (PEP) in a first-grade classroom of a primary school located in San Cristobal de las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico. The intervention promoted a set of prosocial competencies in students, teachers and families; for this universal and focused strategies were developed. A mixed approach was used, with evaluations before and after. Information was collected through participatory action-research. Some findings indicate that systematic PEPs in the classroom decrease violence and strengthen prosociability. There was a reduction in the school violence index from 1.12 to 1.10 and an increase in student prosociability from 3.34 to 3.70. The strategies favorably affected the maintenance of a school climate of cordiality, greater empathy, assertiveness, better management of emotions and an increase in friendship networks.
