La investigación se centra en adaptar las medidas de responsabilidad social empresarial (RSE) a una pyme constructora, a través de la aproximación a fluctuaciones en la cantidad de trabajadores por cada S/ 100 000 de ingreso. Tras una revisión literaria, se eligió la RSE por su potencial en la gestión del capital humano (GCH) y en la mejora de la reputación empresarial. Tras la implementación, se mejoró la satisfacción de los colaboradores, se implementaron procedimientos para gestionar indicadores de GCH, se declaró una política de RSE y se diseñó una estrategia para retener personal. La simulación validó la eficacia de los procedimientos. Se concluye que la RSE beneficia (financiera y no financieramente) a las pymes. Se recomienda investigar otros pilares de sostenibilidad en futuras investigaciones.

The main objective of this explanatory research with a quantitative approach is to support the implementation and development of a “customer-centric” management system based on artificial intelligence (machine learning) as a recovery measure against the current context resulting from the global pandemic. In addition, through the approach of the necessary technological tools and the understanding of the target population, the aim is to redesign and automate the service process of the restaurants to achieve an effective optimization of time.

This new reality has shown us that it is inevitable to migrate to a new form of trade, without borders, looking for savings at costs and prices of the product or service. Based on an exploratory-descriptive methodology, we propose to innovate when selling clothing via the web by using an augmented reality application and intelligent mannequins that allow us to assure customers that the size chosen is the correct one.
