The transmission and biosafety risks of aerosols containing SARS-Cov-2 produced by rotating instruments, which are a source of viral load for dentists potentially vulnerable to infection. A crucial aspect of evaluating and maintaining a photovoltaic (PV) installation connected to the grid is the availability of models that describe its operation reliably in real operating conditions. The nominal power of the PV generator (P*M) is considered an essential input parameter, and several models have been proposed to estimate P*M for characterizing the PV system. Luego del brote de COVID-19 en el mundo, en medio de una crisis sanitaria, la odontología como profesión de alto nivel de riesgo de contaminación se plantea un reto, para la restructuración de sus procedimientos. Al respecto, se han revisado diferentes enfoques de las guías internacionales con diferentes realidades y experiencias en el campo, llegando a recomendaciones para el diseño y uso del óptimo equipo de protección personal (EPP) en tiempos de escasez, minimizando los riesgos de contaminación. Sin embargo, la mayor parte de estas no están apoyadas con evidencia científica odontológica, mientras que se van desarrollando nuevos dispositivos, minimizando la exposición a procedimientos generadores de aerosoles (PGA) como barreras físicas.

After the outbreak of COVID-19 in the world, during a health crisis, dentistry as a profession with a high level of risk of contamination poses a challenge, for the restructuring of its procedures. In this regard, different approaches to international guidelines have been reviewed with diverse realities and experiences in the field, reaching recommendations for the design and use of optimal personal protective equipment (PPE) in times of scarcity, minimizing the risks of contamination. However, most of these are not supported by dental scientific evidence, while new devices are being developed, minimizing exposure to aerosol-generating procedures (PGA) as physical barriers.

The breakeven point is a key tool in all-inclusive hotels to determine the number of tourists and revenues should enter the hotel so there from start generating profits.There are difficulties in the classification of costs in hotels semivariable ignoring his behavior, however, to calculate the breakeven point is necessary to separate the fixed and variable part of each of them.In researching the method of least squares is used to separate the fixed and variable costs of mixed and then calculate the actual value of the equilibrium point.It is concluded that the classification of fixed and variable costs proposed by the Ministry of Tourism can accurately determine the equilibrium point, and the application of the least squares method can separate the fixed part and variable costs mixed.

In the face of a conflict, citizens can follow different ways to solve it. But, how justice is configurated in the conclusion of a specific conflict? what guarantee that the procedure of the mechanism is fair? We can think here in the due process of law; nevertheless, due process of law does not reach all mechanisms of conflict resolution.This paper, therefore, focuses in the study of the role of justice in (i) the procedural scope of judicial process and ADR mechanisms; and in (ii) the conflict resolution generated by them.

We report a 35-year-old female patient with Glanzmann's thrombasthenia (GT) and severe anemia due to abnormal uterine bleeding secondary to uterine myomatosis. She required several admissions of red blood cells and platelet transfusions. An elective subtotal hysterectomy with salpingo-oophorectomy was proposed and recombinant factor VII was required. Surgical and postoperative outcomes were successful, without surgical complications, bleeding, or hemogram alterations. 4 years later, she required tooth extraction because of periodontal disease and pulp necrosis. In Peru, reports of GT patients requiring major and minor surgical procedures are lacking, given the low disease prevalence and the difficulties related to surgery. The report of these successful cases becomes relevant to continue improving GT management.

The relationship between the sanctioning power of the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic (CGR) and the administrative disciplinary procedure within the framework of the Civil Service Law is analyzed. The research followed a quantitative, cross-sectional methodology, with a descriptive design and correlational level. The findings show that for 9.4% and 17.2% of the interviewees, the principle of non bis in idem is applied very poorly and poorly respectively, 60.4% is regular and 13% is efficient. It is evident that there is a strong relationship between the sanctioning power of the CGR and the administrative disciplinary procedure with a value of Chi - Pearson Square 0.000 < α = 0.05, i.e., both fulfill their purpose. This article addresses the problem noted in the Peruvian Bankruptcy Law: the bankruptcy authority has been unable to neutralize payments of bankruptcy credits made outside the rules of bankruptcy. We are faced with the need for debtors to continue with business activity, to generate greater wealth and not increase the crisis they are going through, while we are faced with the possible denaturalization of the bankruptcy procedures. To address this problem, the author will propose the implementation of a regime of action that allows the balance between the need for payments and the bankruptcy procedure.
