The aim of study was to propose a learning model for the generation and cognitive technological reach in biomedicine. From the key words: learning model, cognitive technology domain, biomedicine on the ScienceDirect platform, a search was made of the last three complete years (2018, 2017, 2016) and published work until the present date of 2019. Only the research articles and the journals were considered: Computer Methods and Programs in Biomedicine; Future Generation Computer Systems, Computer Science Procedures, Computers in Biology and Medicine, Data & Knowledge Engineering, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Social Science & Medicine.
