This paper addresses intercultural communication possibilities of a variety of care and health professionals in a private health organisation of Cordoba with a diverse patient population. The aim of this paper is to identify different elements present in an effective communication with those patients. Previous studies are considered to have overlooked this reality, even though it is of vital importance in communication between patients and health professionals, as it can result in misunderstandings, misdiagnosis and dissatisfaction with care on the one hand, and labor dissatisfaction on the other. Introduction: In Bolivia, no validation studies of instruments to measure spirituality in cancer patients were found, it is important to generate a measurement instrument that makes it possible to humanize care, improve quality and make a more effective health system. Objective: To validate, according to the expressions of the Bolivian cultural context, the orientation questionnaire on intrapersonal, interpersonal and transpersonal needs (CONIIT) aimed at identifying spiritual needs in cancer patients. The following article presents an analysis of the use of educational radio in intercultural education contexts and how, from its implementation, elements of media and information literacy are noticed, which facilitates and encourages the construction of adequate intercultural communication. The research has been carried out in Chile, specifically in rural schools in the communes of San Juan de la Costa and San Pablo, with the participation of students and teachers of basic and high school education, mostly of Mapuche huilliche origin, a native people of the south from that country. In summary, it evaluates European companies listed on the stock exchange in France, Germany and the United Kingdom to determine how risk management systems influence financial companies' performance. The advancement of generative artificial intelligence (GAI) has transformed various fields, including education, generating debates about its impact on learning. In this context, the present study aimed to analyze the perception of academic use of GAI among university students from six universities in southern Peru. A structured questionnaire with 16 items was applied to 280 students from different majors, evaluating three dimensions: assistance in academic writing, support in academic tasks, and critical evaluation, using a five-point Likert scale. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The events in Argentina during the winter of 2018 (massive feminist groups marched to demand the approval of the Voluntary Termination of Pregnancy bill) invited us, from our places as artists, to emerge from our workspaces. The stage was set in the streets and the concept of art-life was about to manifest itself. Motivated to generate a device that expresses the politics of those who had abandoned their place of contemplation, questioned as individuals and mobilized as a collective, we decided to do an intervention with a performative aesthetic. This can influence the quality of teaching and the perception that students have about older adults. Objective. Our objective is to evaluate the perception of the self-report fulfillment of geriatric competencies (SRFGC) in medical students from universities in Lima-Peru, comparing face-to-face and virtual techniques. It became necessary to establish firm and solid institutional positions, that are respectful of the constitutional and legal current parameters. To know which is the position of the Judicial Power in certain matters, to let know that in front of the present bond, on which the Constitutional Court has been talking about, it must exist a real vocation to establish basic consensuses and generate a good coordination for one better integration, to formulate proposals and reforms, same in constitutional as legislative level for our country. Following this path, the Judicial Power must settle a position on certain matters in special of the constitutional procedural law, in order to them to addressed and resolved opportunely by the competent organs.

This study examines the relationship between environmental concern and well-being among adolescents in rural communities, recognizing that these perceptions influence urbanization processes in Bolivia. The research was based on surveys administered to 639 adolescents, aged 12 to 18, across four rural communities, using validated instruments such as the Environmental Concern Scale and the Satisfaction with Life Scale. The findings show a positive association between well-being and a stronger emotional connection with nature. In contrast, attitudes such as environmental apathy or an exclusively human-centered (anthropocentric) perspective tend to be linked to lower levels of well-being.
