De los resultados obtenidos en la Evaluación Censal de Estudiantes (ECE), se ha logrado obtener una aproximación de los logros y dificultades que tienen los estudiantes para formular o crear problemas matemáticos. Desde este escenario, el taller busca evidenciar cómo la creación de problemas permite desarrollar la intuición y creatividad de los estudiantes, sus habilidades para establecer relaciones, interpretar condiciones, argumentar sus posturas y, además, usar de manera flexible sus conocimientos matemáticos. El taller está dirigido a docentes de primaria y secundaria, tendrá un carácter activo, participativo y práctico. The flow of a laminar fluid that filters through a porous medium is considered. This behavior leads to the formulation of a mathematical model that, through the Baiocchi transformation, allows it to be expressed as a free boundary problem. El objetivo de esta tesis es analizar, desarrollar e implementar esquemas primales y mixtos para ciertos problemas elípticos, basados en la filosofía de los métodos híbridos de alto orden (HHO). Hacemos uso de resultados conocidos, como el Lema de Lax-Milgram, para formulaciones primales, y la teoría de Babuˇska-Brezzi, para esquemas mixtos, con el propósito de establecer existencia y unicidad de problemas lineales y no lineales que surgen en el contexto de problemas físicos, como por ejemplo en la mecánica de fluidos. In this paper addresses the initial value problem for the Navier-Stokes equations in Rm (m = 2; 3;..) with initial condition in the subspace PLp(Rm) of Lp(Rm), characterized by the null divergence condition. The problem is studied considering its integral formulation, where an argument of successive approximations is used. The existence and uniqueness of the local solution is proven depending on a condition of smallness in the time of existence. On the other hand, the overall result is tested with a small amount of the initial data.

Although urban legislation is fundamental to improve the living conditions of Peruvian cities, in the case of Metropolitan Lima the regulatory framework for urban planning is, to say the least, chaotic and ineffective. For this reason, in this paper we describe and analyze the regulatory framework of urban development at the metropolitan level with the objective that the legibility of the regulations helps to improve the design of public policies and guidelines for the planning of the city. Through cabinet analysis, workshops and unstructured interviews, we studied the history, actors and instruments of the urban planning regulatory framework of Metropolitan Lima. We conclude that this legal framework currently faces critical challenges such as administrative fragmentation and lack of vision of the city, institutional weakness and the lack of systematicity in the regulations.

This work investigates the Feasible Direction Algorithm using interior points applied to the Mixed Nonlinear Complementarity Problem and some applications. This algorithm is based in Feasible Directions Algorithm for Nonlinear Complementarity Problem, which is described briefly. The proposed algorithm is important because many mathematical models can be written as mixed nonlinear complementarity problem. The principal idea of this algorithm is to generate, at each iteration, a sequence of feasible directions with respect to the region, defined by the inequality conditions, which are also monotonic descent directions for one potential function. In this paper we study the local well-posedness of the initial value problem for a Nutku-Oguz-Burgers system with time dependent coefficients, formed by two Korteweg-de Vries equations coupled through the non-linear terms. The system appears as a model of wave propagation in a shallow channel with variable bottom surface, in which both nonlinear and dispersive effects are relevant. The proof of existence and uniqueness of local solution and the continuous dependence on the initial data of the local solution in Sobolev spaces Hs(R) x Hs(R), s > 3/2, arebased on the works [9] and [17].

El trabajo por la promoción del desarrollo reúne en un encuentro ineludible a seres humanos que proceden de distintos estratos de la sociedad peruana, para involucrarlos en la tarea común de buscar soluciones a la miseria material y espiritual de nuestro Perú. La búsqueda de soluciones implica diálogo, identificación de necesidades, formulación de alternativas, transferencia de conocimientos y tecnologías, evaluación de resultados. Todos estos aspectos tienen como requisito una adecuada comunicación. Pero no hay comunicación cuando existen barreras culturales entre los promotores del desarrollo y los beneficios de este esfuerzo.

El problema del vendedor ambulante de alquiler de automóviles (CaRS) es una generalización del problema del agente viajero. En este trabajo se presenta una nueva variante del algoritmo Adaptive Local Search Procedure (ALSP) llamado Iterated Adaptive Local Search Procedure (IALSP). Se presentan dos formulaciones matemáticas para modelar el problema CaRS. Estas formulaciones se comparan utilizando un MIP solver. La formulación con el mejor resultado se utiliza en el algoritmo IALSP. Para hacer frente al problema de CaRS, proponemos un algoritmo híbrido compuesto por un algoritmo evolutivo llamado Algoritmo Científico (ScA) y el algoritmo IALSP. First we proof its local well-posednessin the Sobolev spaces Hs (R) x Hs (R), s > -3/4, using the bilinear estimate established by Kenig, Ponce and Vega in the Fourier transform restriction spaces [4, 12]. After, we prove the global well-posedness in Hs (R) x Hs (R) for s > -3/10, our proof proceeds by the method of almost conservation laws, sometimes called the “I-method”[5, 6].
