This article is about how it a comprehensive curriculum should be understood in the context of true education concept. A comprehensive curriculum should be a continent composed of the human being skills: thinking, language, mechanical ability and political skills. The continent comprises all the human cultural development, organized in: science, technologies resulting from them and humanities. From this concept we propose a methodology for university training that follows this sequence: diagnosis, professional profile, work areas, curriculum structure, generation of curricular units, curriculum and summaries as well as syllabus.

The study presents the results of a bibliographic review on constitutionalism that was established after the war of independence and that was assumed by the Constituent Congress of 1822. From the perspective of the historiography of law with an interdisciplinary approach, it is proposed a valuation of the role and contribution of women, peasants and Afro-descendants to the political independence of our country. From this, it can be affirmed that the founding of the republic was the product of a complex socio-political process, and that the official and patriarchal history has made invisible the other protagonists, the population sectors historically excluded from the political, legal, economic and constitutional of said Constituent Congress. The paper analyzes the formation of commercial contracts in the U.S. legal system, with a focus on the problem of risk. The author examines how contract theory has developed in the United States, from a rigid and formalistic view to a more flexible approach, embodied in the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). It also discusses concepts such as “consideration” and its importance in validating a contract, as well as the exceptions to the general rule, such as “promissory estoppel”, which allows the fulfillment of promises without direct economic benefit. In the teaching of formative research a series of subjective constructions about their understanding and transcendence are raised. This situation encourages the determination of the meanings assigned to their pedagogical implementation in teacher training. In that intention, we have interviewed 20 teachers from an education faculty of a public university in Peru, in order to recognize the senses in their conception, their distinction in scientific research, their characteristics and expectations. In this paper we analyze the process of word formation in the literary production of Julio Cortázar. After an introductory section focused on his aim of regeneration of the Latin American novel, one of whose pillars is the renewal of the literary lexicon, the rest of the article is devoted to a detailed analysis of the procedures used by Cortázar in the creation of new words. Firstly, we study creations of a jabberwocky nature (jitanjáforas). Afterward, we attend to the use of the regular mechanisms that language offers for this purpose (derivation, composition, blending, palindromes and anagrams, etc.).

In this work we study the effects on the porosity and microhardness properties when using different ZrO2 + 8% Y2O3 diameters powders (less than 40 μm, between 40 to 60 μm and greater than 80 μm) to deposit in the upper layer of a TBC system (thermal barrier coating) of double layer formed by NiCrCoAlY and ZrO2 + 8% Y2O3 using the plasma spray process, in order to find the suitable powder and feasible to use as top layer. To this end, instruments such as TESCAN Vega SB scanning electron microscope with INCA Energy dispersive microanalyzer were used, with which it was possible to detect the porosity in different areas of evaluation of the upper layer and the Vickers durometer to measure the microhardness. Verifying that with particle diameters smaller than 40 μm, the aforementioned properties are adequate for the conformation of the ZrO2 + 8% Y2O3 top layer.
