Currently, due to various cases of corruption, various academic and non-academic spaces have focused on evaluating and understanding how public works contracting processes aredeveloped.Due to the discoveries of journalistic studies, in several countries, especially in the region, cases of corruption have been found in officials of all levels. Given this situation, an ethical evaluationis relevant and important.The present study seeks to understand, from a management and top management perspective, from sociology and neuroscience, the reason for the inappropriate behavior of the aforementioned public officials. This in a frame of affirmation that indicates that, if we do not take care of evaluating ethical and humanistic aspects, we will not be able to have a sustainable development in public and privatespaces.

This work has been prepared with two objectives. The first is to expose the reasons why ex officio promotion in the execution stage of labor processes is an obligation of judges to make the right to effective jurisdictional protection a reality. The second is to present the practice of this ex officio impulse in a labor lawyer's peace court and the consequences of it. For this reason, the importance of having simple and suitable rules and procedures as well as a protective work and interpretation of the jurisdiction at the time of executing the sentence is highlighted; in order to effectively guarantee the fundamental right to obtain alimony.

This article presents in a theoretically way the constructs of identity, identification and diferentation as psychology components of the ethos of the managerial social class of business. Identity is built by the group of characterists which define their members, difference them and allow the categorization of their members. Identification is the process through which every person percibe, adapt and adjust their social habilities with the group. Diferentation is the search of individuality which makes every one different from the others at the same time it adjust their differences to live with others. This are some of the main components to describe the Ethos of a social class. This constructs helps to find a definition of the subyacent boundiries which legitimice some conducts at intra group.

This paper addresses the identification of the most influential factors and variables in the process of building trust in the chief-employees relationship in the context of peruvian executives, distinguishing two groups of factors; personal and behavioral. The research was exploratory and used an original instrument designed to evaluate deeply the issue of trust. As a method of statistical analysis, decision trees were used, a useful machine learning tool in the treatment of non-parametric data.
