Executive functions (FE) are considered as a theoretical construct, referring to the capacity we have as human beings to plan, organize, inhibit, monitor our behavior and be flexible in the face of novel situations. However, this definition is not the only one, since many authors conceptualize it in different ways and this means that different models are presented that try to explain the nature of such functions; However, a consensus has not yet been reached.Therefore, the present work, brings to light those models that seek to explain executive functions in all their magnitude and complexity, finding from anatomical positions to statistical trends or to consider how they develop the FE in the stages of development, the same that were Raised in order to have a better understanding of them.

Executive organizations need to design strategic processes in order to use effective human resources for increased productivity. So, this research aimed to provide a human resource management model based on knowledge management in executive organizations in Sari, Iran. This research is applied in terms of purpose and its method is survey research. The nature of this study is descriptive with the type of correlation. The statistical population includes: 1) 15 experts familiar with the field of human resource management who were selected using the selective method; 2) employees who work in the executive organizations of Sari (29,697 people) who, according to the Cochran formula, selected 400 people by random sampling by conglomerate method. This study assessed the relationship between work-family conflict, work engagement, workaholism and turnover intention in business executives. 275 professionals (65.4% men) completed an online survey containing scales to assess work-family conflict, workaholism, work engagement and turnover intention. Descriptive and inferential statistics were conducted, as well as network and pathway analysis. Partial correlations between the workaholism dimension “working excessively” (WE) and work-family conflict (WFC) werer = .21. WE also predicted WFC (?² = 26.24, df = 7, p < .001; CFI = .95; RMSEA = .10 (.06 - .14), particularly in terms of work interfering in family life, leading to higher turnover intention and reduced work engagement. Model estimates show variations according to gender.

The relationship between executive functions (EF), creative personality, and academic performance in Argentine university students was examined. A total of 248 students (M = 22.97 years, SD = 4.43) from various Argentine provinces participated. The Adult Executive Functioning Inventory (ADEXI), the Cognitive Flexibility Scale, the Creative Behavior Scale (ECC), and the Creative Personality Scale (EPC) were used, along with academic performance data and sociodemographic information. Data were collected online through Google Forms and analyzed using Spearman correlations and mediation analysis with robust Maximum Likelihood estimator and Bootstrap. Las funciones ejecutivas (FE) son consideradas como un constructo teórico, referido a la capacidad que tenemos como seres humanos para planificar, organizar, inhibir, monitorizar nuestra conducta y ser flexibles frente a situaciones novedosas. Sin embargo, dicha definición no es la única, ya que muchos autores la conceptualizan de diversas maneras y ello conlleva a que se presenten distintos modelos que tratan de explicar la naturaleza de tales funciones; no obstante, aún no se ha llegado a un consenso de la misma. Por ello, el presente trabajo, pone a la luz aquellos modelos que buscan explicar las funciones ejecutivas en toda su magnitud y complejidad, encontrándose desde posturas anatómicas hasta tendencias estadísticas o considerar cómo se desarrollan las FE en las etapas del desarrollo, las mismas que fueron planteadas con el fin de tener un mejor entendimiento de ellas.

This thesis demonstrates that the implementation of a training program developed under the model of Kirkpatrick improved the level of security of the company Executive Solutions S.A.C. in its operation at the Lindley - Trujillo plant. Executive Solutions S.A.C. Had a talk program which only had the purpose of complying with law 29783, but were not aimed at increasing the culture of safety in their operations with forklifts or indicators. The implementation of the "Zero Accident" training program developed under Kirkpatrick's training and evaluation model and using tools for adult learning achieved a 74.4% satisfaction level, improving staff work climate. This research project modeled and simulated a ventilation system at a Mining Concession, obtaining real-time information regarding the fans used to ventilate the mine. The simulation was developed using the VENTSIM 5 software, which also helped define the number of fans and the operating parameters required, field information, mine dimensions, the mining method, production, geothermal gradient, gas emission, air stream, and air pressure. In addition, the results from software operation revealed the need to open chimneys and use fans. Furthermore, the results also suggest that a specialist dedicated to ventilation and fan maintenance must be hired to formalize mining operations as per the Occupational Safety and Health Mining Regulations from Executive Action No. 024-2016-EM as this Mining Concession is currently operating without license.
