En la presente tesis de investigación que tiene como título “influencia de arcilla expandida y vidrio reciclado para el mejoramiento del concreto f’c = 280 kg/cm2, Trujillo – Perú 2023”, tiene como objetivo principal determinar cómo influye la arcilla expandida y el vidrio reciclado en el mejoramiento del concreto. En esta investigación se usó la metodología de diseño experimental, de tipo aplicativo, de nivel explicativo y un enfoque cuantitativo. Para la población y la muestra se utilizó 72 probetas de las cuales 18 fueron para la muestra patrón, 27 con adición de arcilla expandida y 27 con adición de vidrio reciclado.
