Children from an early age must acquire superior abilities, which serve as the basis for their life. This study seeks to understand the perception of the most notable aspects of critical thinking in the current era, with a look towards the future. An exhaustive review, observation, selection, and collection of information of the most relevant scientific articles published in recent years were carried out through documentary analysis. In addition, the search for reliable databases, both national and foreign, was used. Critical thinking was found to have a path of historical notableness in humanity. In addition, the current situation of the pandemic makes it possible to show the need to leave futuristic life lessons so as not to be overwhelmed or relegated to the past. It is the ability to reinvent yourself an option to provide solutions to possible adverse situations.

Critical thinking is essential for facing the demands of a complex world, as it enables us to discern between truthful and biased information and to build knowledge autonomously. This fosters better citizenship and a critical analysis of reality, including controversial issues. Since it is an important educational goal, the aim of this study was to analyze the perceptions of a group of secondary school teachers from a public school in Lima regarding the teaching of critical thinking in the context of controversial issues. A semi-structured interview was conducted, and the participants joined virtually. The results indicate that teachers are motivated to teach critical thinking, but they lack sufficient theoretical and practical tools to do so effectively. These findings are discussed in terms of their relevance for educational processes.

The purpose of the study was to identify and analyze the contributions made to the development of critical thinking in the educational field. Therefore, the examination corresponds to a systematic review design of basic research. The information was collected using the bibliographic and systematic search of documents in different reliable databases. Twenty articles were selected. From the documentary review, it has been determined that the most prevalent investigations have been quantitative, descriptive, qualitative, and mixed. It was found that the development of critical thinking is essential to becoming a whole person. This implies that the subject can define or fully understand a situation or problem that guides him towards its solution. In this context, as a critical thinker, a student must develop specific capacities that are constantly stimulated so that they can be sufficiently ...

Currently, with the advancement of technology and the accelerated dissemination of information, it is essential to have the ability to discern verifiable content from speculative information; therefore, developing critical thinking is necessary, as it allows for the thorough analysis and evaluation of such information. In this study, the objective was to identify the relationship between learning styles and critical thinking among secondary-level students from a private educational institution in Ate, Lima. Methodologically, the research followed a quantitative approach, was basic in nature, and employed a descriptive-correlational design. The population consisted of 123 secondary-level students, and the sample was census-based. The survey technique was used, and the questionnaire served as the instrument. Among the results, it was found that correlations between critical thinking and th...

The traditional study of real rights has been shaped by a unidirectional conception derived from dominium, focused on the subject-holder and object relationship. This approach, rooted in 19th-century categories, has hindered the analysis of complex contemporary legal realities. To address this shortcoming, an organic-global methodological approach is proposed—one that analyzes real rights based on the complex legal relationship, integrating its structural elements (subjective, objective, and causal). This proposal arises from the critical analysis of law school curricula from leading faculties in Spain and Mexico, where the persistence of static theoretical models was identified. Its goal is to reform legal education through a critical and organic mindset that goes beyond merely describing entitlements and instead examines interactions between ownership, propter rem duties, and erga om...

This article denotes a socially relevant problem that is related to the absence of women and their history in the official curricular constructions of Chile and Peru. The method followed is related to the postulates of Critical Literacy, adapting leading questions for the construction of categories of analysis and documentary research. Among the main conclusions, it can be stated that both curricula, from comparative perspectives, do not propose or offer sufficient spaces for the inclusion of women and their history. In addition, the curriculum construction is framed in traditional perspectives that reveal the protagonism of white men with political, economic and / or military power, where women, when they are referred, are carried out from subordinate positions and linked to the domestic and private. We can argue that although women are visible in some areas of the curriculum, such pres...

In this article, interviews with six history teachers at the upper secondary level are analyzed in order to review and reflect on their epistemological conceptions. The method used was qualitative and narrative research was used; using the in-depth interview technique. Among the main findings, it is worth noting that most teachers have a misconception of the concept of History, of the use of sources, of historical time, as well as of its epistemology. Likewise, some teachers do not have the appropriate professional profile to teach the discipline, so, in summary, their critical reflection is precarious when faced with questions about the meaning of history, which influences the reorientation of the teaching of discipline.
