The aim of the study was to describe the comprehensiveness of the introduction and discussion of results from the scientific literature in journals with a high impact factor. The study was conducted from January to June 2023. From the ScienceDirect database the search equation in English with the Boolean AND was: comprehension AND scientific information AND formative competence AND university students. The years 2021, 2022 and 2023 were filtered and 10 research articles were selected by non-probabilistic convenience sampling. The comprehensiveness towards the facilitation of alternatives and the discovery of obstacles was higher in the discussion of results. In this paper, the author focuses on treatment that genocide receives from the field of sociology, then he checks the differences of sociological studies with legal regulation contained in Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Genocide, specifically to groups that are subject to protection in legal definition of genocide.To achieve his purpose, the author develops how the process of production of the Convention was as well the criticism of legal definition of genocide in sociology. The author concludes sociological definitions have limitations, gives primacy to legal concept of genocide and affirms that social groups not protected by the Convention find protection by other rules of International Criminal Law.

The existence of early and timely resolution processes for matters of simple processing is now a reality. With the introduction of orality in judicial processes, the great challenge lies in obtaining true justice as a quality public service. What simple processes are solved in a differentiated way is not a problem, but a solution. The discussion now focuses on how to make it possible and what should be respected, beginning from the state criminal policy, the real reasons behind the reform, judicial guarantees and, finally, opportunities for improvement.

This article raises questions about the relevance for the early grades of schooling models of reading instruction emerged from research on phonological awareness. Several studies have suggested the existence of different levels involved in reading. However, these levels are not seen in the early grades teaching practice guided by the models discussed here. Rather, these models point to an almost exclusive lexical learning of language, leaving aside the semantic construction processes that take place when reading. This article puts in the academic showcase the discussion of the central objective of the public administration, the examination given by the Comptroller General of the Republic, and the correlative evaluation of the National Control System. In addition, it explains how the various difficulties have arisen for the more accurate determination of the term «public administration». Introduction: The Dissociative Experiences Scale (DES-II) is a widely used psychometric tool to assess dissociative symptoms. Over the years, it has been the subject of numerous studies and research in various fields of psychology and psychiatry. Numerous studies have supported the validity and reliability of the DES-II as a reliable measure of dissociative experiences. The most problematic aspect of the DES-II is the inconsistency in its factor structure. This articles analyzes, from a qualitative approach, the 1995 Pan-American Physical Education Congress taken place in Peru as a space for socialization, dissemination of knowledge, sharing of theoretical perspectives, as well as space of legitimization for some experts, influence and power for some international organizations. The article seeks to understand how knowledges, experts and organizations validate certain “true” meanings that conceptualize the vast universe of physical culture, physical education and sports. The interpretative examination focuses in various documentary sources, such as minutes and memories of the Congress, presentations by experts, the subjects of the presentations, and memories of other Pan-American congresses. Additionally, the study includes semi-structured interviews to organizers and attendees.

Health literacy is associated with better health outcomes. Primary care professionals generally provide most of the care to patients and are also often the first point of contact for patients within a health system. This article discusses four strategies to promote health literacy in the primary care setting: 1) Improve the clinician’s communication skills, 2) Use e-Health tools, 3) Promote patient self-care, and 4) Develop support systems and care environments. These strategies are discussed in the context of the realities of low and middle income countries, as in the case of Peru.

The current round table gathers three renowned specialists: Beatriz Franciskovic, from the perspective of Constitutional Law; Enrique Varsi, from the perspective of Civil law; and Pierre Foy Valencia, from the perspective of Animal Law, in order to analyze the current state of animals in the legal system, considering the Law 30407 – Ley de Protección y Bienestar Animal, and the last judgment of the Constitutional Court about bullfights and cockfights. Thus, the guests address the implication of considering animals as a subject of law, and the limitation of legal system to establish and the adequate and effective regime in favor of animals.

Big Data is a reality that is gradually being incorporated and strongly in all fields of society, including in Education, although late. The objective of this study is to descriptively analyze the general perspective that a sample of 104 university students of Education of Peru has on the Big Data applied to Education. The participating sample was non-probabilistic incidentally. A survey study was conducted, using the VABIDAE scale to collect the data. A psychometric study of the scale was done with the collected data, as well as a descriptive statistical analysis. The results show a positive perception of the participants before Big Data as well as an obvious predisposition to use Big Data services in their professional practice as a source of information. It also highlights the absence of a gender gap. Finally, its possible impact on teacher training is discussed.

This article is the result of qualitative research through which we seek to understand the problem of school dropout, seeking to deconstruct it from an analysis of the perceptions of educational actors. This research was carried out in an urban and rural environment, which offers us interesting results to contribute to the discussion of socio-educational processes and the importance of a comprehensive orientation in education through the instances and spaces of the school. The results put on the agenda to review how the participation processes occur; the levels of integration and social articulation (school, family and community), and how this can affect the school trajectory.

This article discusses the possibility of human freedom in relation to its existential counterpart: states the limits where the person limits (neurosis, mental disorders, “somatógenas” conditions) with an integrated look, spacious and cozy regarding restriction states of freedom as possible, necessary and fully human. Regarding authors such as N. Hartmann, V. Frankl, F. Perls, S. Kierkegaard, M. Scheler, K. Jaspers, E. Martinez, K. Dabrowski, among others, in relation to the concepts of freedom and states of restriction of freedom and responsibility. Starting from this integrated vision of existence, it pretends to open up possibilities for work-oriented psychotherapeutic acceptance of what exists in the here and now, both the emotional as the experience and situation, for a fully human existence as possible.
