This essay describes the quarantine experience from a psychological and existential perspective in the first person, with an investigative position supported by existential analysis and logotherapy, which explores, among other things, the experience of lack of meaning, attitudes towa rds the adverse situation, the emotions that are experienced, the margin of freedom and responsibility in the face of the circumstance, as well as the possibilities of realization of values that the quarantine offers, resorting to the anthropology of Viktor Frankl and authors such as Scheler, Kierkegaard, Jaspers , Heidegger, Buber, among others.

In this article, a descriptive investigation of the phenomenon of freedom is carried out in the first person, from a phenomenological logotherapeutic orientation, which emphasizes the experience of self-understanding regarding what specifically constitutes being human and opens the being to existence: awareness of the ability to choose and responsibility towards oneself and their circumstances. The absence of this self-understanding leaves the person at the mercy of nature, learning, society, and destiny. The existential task then consists of achieving that selfknowledge and assuming the leading role in one’s life. The present article discusses the methodology of logotherapy regarding the approach to the axiological experience questioner described. The influence of Max Scheler and phenomenological theory of values also psychotherapeutic Viktor Frankl proposal, based on intentionality as personal reaching out towards the values and meaning is explored, as well. Special attention to the implementation of a phenomenological attitude in the therapeutic process is provided. It also reflects on the contributions of Fabry and Lukas among others regarding the axiological approach in franklean existential analysis. Also, psychotherapeutic moments and key questions that can help the process are described.

In this article a detailed application framework called Socratic Dialogue as the main psychotherapeutic tool of Logotherapy, delving into the methodology, the attitude of the therapist and the fields of intervention is made about the person. Numerous examples of approaches, key questions and remarks are included. It goes to authors such as V. Frankl, E. Lukas, J. Fabry, E. Martinez, among others, in relation to which this form of therapeutic conversation is in order to mobilize the freedom of each client.

This article discusses the possibility of human freedom in relation to its existential counterpart: states the limits where the person limits (neurosis, mental disorders, “somatógenas” conditions) with an integrated look, spacious and cozy regarding restriction states of freedom as possible, necessary and fully human. Regarding authors such as N. Hartmann, V. Frankl, F. Perls, S. Kierkegaard, M. Scheler, K. Jaspers, E. Martinez, K. Dabrowski, among others, in relation to the concepts of freedom and states of restriction of freedom and responsibility. Starting from this integrated vision of existence, it pretends to open up possibilities for work-oriented psychotherapeutic acceptance of what exists in the here and now, both the emotional as the experience and situation, for a fully human existence as possible.

This article seeks to contribute to the understanding of the coaching phenomenon, which, for several years, has been an alternative of personal growth that presents numerous ambiguities and diffuse limits, both in its study and work object and in its methodology, as well as in the personal and professional requirements for their practice, which represents a serious danger to psychological health of those who come for help. The conditions in which coaching is produced and developed are analyzed within its socio-cultural-economic context characterized by a marked tendency towards success and happiness, with a strong facilitative orientation. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal comparar la expresión de libertad según el sentido de vida en personas adultas de Lima Metropolitana asistentes al Centro Psicoterapéutico Logos.
