The purpose of this study was to identify, describe, and explain the necessary professional competencies that Huánuco economists must develop and possess in a complex post-pandemic scenario. The research was framed within a quantitative approach methodology, using a non-experimental design, based on the observation of the profile of the Huánuco economist in the post-COVID period, of an applied type. The study worked with 203 economists, divided into 102 professionals and 101 business owners, to whom a questionnaire was administered as part of the study's data collection instrument. The most notable results were that the competencies considered very important by economists are critical thinking (56.1%), ethical decision-making (57.7%), data and statistical analysis (40.9%), and communication skills (38.7%). El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó con el objetivo de definir la influencia de un Sistema Web con Inteligencia de Negocios en la toma de decisiones de asignacion de tareas para la empresa EYNCOR. El tipo de estudio fue experimental de diseño cuasiexperimental, la muestra estuvo constituida por los Reportes de asignación de tareas diarios. Para la recolección de datos se hizo uso de fichas de observación. Para el análisis de datos se usaron formulas definidos por los autores, para hallar la eficacia total y el tiempo promedio. We need to recover the progress made and take action on what are really significant problems for our country: health and education. To date, more than 174,000 young Peruvians have failed in their academic path to university life. Three million Peruvians who will be part of the 30% of their compatriots living in poverty. It is then that the message of youth, the voice of hope and encouragement, becomes imperative, but that this does not mean denying reality or leaving it to others to interpret our own reality.

La pandemia por coronavirus, tuvo el primer caso en el Perú el 6 de marzo de 2020, en un ciudadano con historia de viajes a diferentes países de Europa1. En el Instituto Nacional Materno Perinatal (INMP), establecimiento de salud III-2 para la atención especializada materno-perinatal, el primer caso de gestante con coronavirus se detectó el 4 de abril de 20202, fecha en la que se inició el tamizaje con prueba rápida para COVID-19, solo a las gestantes que se hospitalizaban, usualmente por trabajo de parto o alguna complicación obstétrica. El presente trabajo de investigación pretende analizar el efecto que tiene la literacidad financiera en el sobreendeudamiento de la población en el Perú, como también su nivel de la literacidad, los factores asociados a esta variable y su efecto en los créditos de consumo e hipotecarios. Se procederá a una revisión de literatura para explicar la relevancia de esta variable dentro del sistema financiero y de las personas. Seguido de la explicación del uso de un modelo intertemporal de dos tiempos, para detallar, con una mayor precisión, los factores externos que pueden aumentar o disminuir la literacidad.

The present article develops a number of classical economic-financial applications in continuous time based on the software Stella (Isee Systems, Inc.). The problems under analysis basically deal with modeling projected free cash flows and investments, and their Net Present Value estimation, a process which in many cases may require numerical integration. The document shows how Stella allows construction of a model in a simple fashion, and with it to make simulations that give graphical solutions, as is the case of the decision of the optimal harvest time, or the selection between alternative projects, among others.
