Objective: To determine the relationship between competency-based management and job performance of the administrative staff at EPS Seda Huánuco S. A., as of 2023. Materials and Methods: This research is of an applied type, with a correlational level, using a non-experimental correlational design. The population and sample comprised the 57 employees of Seda Huánuco, to whom a survey technique was applied, using a questionnaire as the instrument. To determine the results and test the formulated hypotheses, descriptive statistics were applied for frequency tables and graphs, as well as inferential statistics, where the correlation index was interpreted. Objective: To determine the incidence of managerial competencies on public innovation in the District Municipality of Amarilis, Huánuco (Peru), by 2024. Materials and Methods: The study it is frame in a type of research of explanatory level, having been used a non-experimental design. Was selected a sample of 77 officials from the Amarilis District Municipality, to whom the survey technique was applied, and the questionnaire as an instrument. To analyze the data it is did use of the statistics descriptive, as well as inferential statistics to contrast the hypothesis. In Peru, according to the University Law Nº 30220, the salaries of the teachers of the universities must be homologated with those of judicial magistrates; however, to date this has not yet been fulfilled. However, it is necessary to point out that after more than 20 years of complaints from university professors, in 2005 the process of homologation was initiated, which has allowed an increase in remunerations; however, there are differences between categories: "auxiliary", "associate" and "main full time", taking into account that they perform the same tasks. The purpose of this study was to identify, describe, and explain the necessary professional competencies that Huánuco economists must develop and possess in a complex post-pandemic scenario. The research was framed within a quantitative approach methodology, using a non-experimental design, based on the observation of the profile of the Huánuco economist in the post-COVID period, of an applied type. The study worked with 203 economists, divided into 102 professionals and 101 business owners, to whom a questionnaire was administered as part of the study's data collection instrument.
