En esta investigación, se llevó a cabo un análisis comparativo de mecanismos destinados a acelerar la inversión pública en el Perú, examinando modalidades como Obras por Contrata, Obras por Impuestos, Asociaciones Público Privadas y Contratos Gobierno a Gobierno. A través de un enfoque metodológico cualitativo - cuantitativo, se analizó una variedad de información documental de fuentes estatales. El hallazgo más relevante determina que la celeridad en la ejecución de proyectos de inversión pública en obras de infraestructura con administración indirecta en el Perú está principalmente influenciada por los Contratos Gobierno a Gobierno. En los últimos años, la llegada de las cámaras de profundidad de bajo costo y sensores LiDAR ha incentivado a las industrias a invertir en estas tecnologías, lo cual incluye también mayor interés en investigaciones sobre procesamiento digital de señales. En esta ocasión, la reconstrucción tridimensional de túneles mineros utilizando LiDARs y un robot de auto-navegación ha sido propuesta como proyecto de investigación, y el presente trabajo forma parte en cargándose del alineamiento de nubes de puntos tridimensionales en tiempo real, un proceso que es más conocido como Registro de Nubes de Puntos. The aim of this article is to present the processes that drive the phasic identity dynamics of social identity, allowing us to define simultaneously a representation of self and the personal and professional project. As a result, it implies differentiated levels of anchorages in the organizations, groups and society that contribute to shaping the self-project. We will illustrate this, thanks to cases and situations related to the context, autobiographical memory but also emotions, feeling of capacity and motivation. The simulation model is a useful assessment tool to analyze in depth evaluation of investment projects, improving investor decision making. Contributes to investigate new project ideas and help identify investment opportunities aimed at the reformulation of projects, adapting to the attitudes and investor requirements. An alternative choice is the mathematics expectation that is used in the calculation of probabilities that an event occurs. The fact that a good estimate of the elements involved in the calculation of profitability is not conducted, can lead to invalidate the analysis, and therefore, can lead to approve unprofitable projects and vice versa. When is known the probability of an event occurring certain number of years, usually applies a certain percentage during that period. For example, if the probability of an event occurring is 20 years, a rate of 5% per annum will apply.

In this article, a first approach to built to suit (BTS) projects is proposed from an economic and legal point of view, to facilitate legal operators its understanding as well as giving meaning and clear guidelines regarding their structure, importance and potential in the current Peruvian market. In this sense, we analyze the advantages, disadvantages, basic guidelines, and documents involved in order to structure a BTS project within the framework of national legislation and legal institutions. In addition, an analysis is carried out on the need to have a particular regulation on this type of projects, according with the market needs and without this being a disincentive to its use.
