For decades, synthetic chemists have sought to make industrial-scale catalysts as efficient and exceptionally selective as enzymes are in biological systems but, unfortunately, this task has proven evasive. Efforts then focused on making enzymes useful for the industry, and protein engineering had the task of adapting natural enzymes to work in conditions of industrial-scale processes. The approach called directed evolution is one of the models used to carry this out. Inspired by the natural evolution of species, this model proposes to evolve enzymes in an accelerated way, within the laboratory, in such a way that the manipulated enzyme exhibits the properties desired for its industrial application. Este estudio investigó la manera en que publicistas de las áreas creativas de agencias de publicidad de gran tamaño perciben y caracterizan su proceso creativo. Se entrevistaron 13 profesionales brasileños, a partir de guías de preguntas semiestructuradas. Los datos fueron analizados por medio del análisis de contenido. Se constató que varias etapas del proceso creativo se sobreponen, como por ejemplo, el periodo de incubación de un trabajo funcionando como la preparación del próximo. Como factores motivadores, se destacan el placer del acto de crear, la visibilidad del trabajo en las calles y su alcance social. Como elementos limitantes figuran el exceso de departamentalización de las agencias, además de los plazos reducidos la subjetividad de la aprobación de la propaganda por parte de los clientes.

This study investigated how advertisers from the creation area of large advertising agencies perceive and characterize their creative process. Thirteen Brazilian professionals were interviewed using semi-structured interviews. Data were analyzed by content analysis. Results indicate that several stages of the creative process overlap, such as the incubation period of one job functioning as the preparation for the next. Motivating factors include pleasure of the act of creating, media visibility and its social reach. Limiting factors include the agencies’ excessive departmentalization, reduced deadlines, and the clients’ subjectivity influencing the advertisement approval.

The paper addresses the processes of identification between the actor and the characters he creates. Starting from a chronological review of the concept of identification in the psychoanalytic literature, and intending to differentiate the concept from others than are related, we move towards a review of the scarce existing works on identification applied directly to the acting phenomenon. Since the objective of this research is to observe how the processes of identification effectively take place in the practice of the actor while creating his characters, we interview five respected actors to know their opinions and experience on the subject. The results are based on the experiences shared by the participants.

En este artículo proponemos la creación de un chatbot que sea capaz de poder realizar una conversación, basándose este Bot en un diccionario de aprendizaje y este sea capaz de aprender con cada entrenamiento. Uno de los principales problemas de esta organización es que los procesos de administración de contratos no son una prioridad dentro de las Adquisiciones del NHS, lo que podría reducir cualquier esfuerzo para crear valor y reducir los costos. Por esta razón, el estudio describe y analiza la situación actual de las Adquisiciones del NHS, el uso de la gestión eficaz de contratos en el NHS y el objetivo es proporcionar una base para recomendaciones de mejores prácticas en los procesos de gestión de contratos en las Adquisiciones del NHS. El presente trabajo de investigación muestra los éxitos y los fracasos de la aplicación de los MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses). Haremos un análisis de sus diferentes facetas desde su concepto inicial hasta la implementación en los Estados Unidos, Europa y América Latina. Salimos de un estudio empírico y comparativo de la atención que ha recibido el término “MOOCs” en las búsquedas web. En lo que sigue analizaremos los aspectos más deficientes de los MOOCs y buscamos explicaciones para el auge y la caída de los MOOCs. El objetivo de esta investigación fue desarrollar una metodología que permita la creación de bases de datos multidimensionales. Para recopilar los datos de esta investigación se creó una Base de Datos Ventas, que a su vez fue la entrada para la creación del Datawarehouse DwhVentas. El método usado fue el inductivo. Se analizó el proceso de ventas, para lo cual se creó la tabla de hechos: factVentas, y se eligió como métrica: el importe de las ventas. This article presents reflections on thinking and how it can be enhanced to generate projectual memory applied to the creative process. Thus, design situations, although challenging, will not represent an insurmountable peak of stress. The incorporation of Artificial Intelligence in the process provides feedback that encourages the enhancement of projectual thinking. Thanks to the fact that it makes it possible to visualize the process and ideas that allow the designer to manage, and/or create, tools to successfully approach any situation by returning to the thoughts and inputs used. The path to approach empowerment will be like this: review the faculty of thought; next, approach the projectual in the architectonic. Then, with the sections about conceptual and schematic inputs, communication and the creative process, the journey is consolidated.
