This research is about what the “Aprendo en casa” strategy in Peru in 2020 meant from two of its main resources, radio and television. The objective was to analyze communicationally and evaluate the programs of both media. Thirty-two pieces from all educational levels were discussed, in seven months, with 27 expert communicators, and the experience from 50 target actors of the strategy was evaluated. The study was methodologically naturalistic, with a qualitative approach, indirect hermeneutical and phenomenological typologies, and under an open coding design. Eight categories generated by free will were found to show results on biased content and questionable forms of presentation; gaps were made visible at the educational, digital, and generational levels, and disarticulation between the education and communication axes. In this paper, we develop the theme of semiotics as the science that studies the processes of signification. As science explains and interprets verbal and nonverbal mechanisms used to communicate with the man, that is, to convey information about different realities; regularly does so through a range of signs. This is understandable, because in truth, the human being is a symbolic being, par excellence created, issued and interpreted signs, and in turn, organizes and systematizes through codes, in either case, culture is implicit. Without any doubt, to understand the nature of the human being and communication, one must understand the signs and codes. In this sense, for a better understanding and and we include a variety of examples, taken directly from users in a specific context.

The objective of this investigation is to identify and examine the characteristic segments that channel a type of discourse in the form of radio spots that infringes the Spanish advertising code of conduct. The work is focused on one of the most important principles for the consumer: that of truthfulness. The different types of misleading advertising have been analysed by means of factor analysis and its subsequent interpretation, based on a representative sample of radio spots that takes into account their broadcast frequency.

El objetivo del estudio fue diseñar un sistema web basado en la metodología Scrum y el Framework CodeIgniter para el proceso de inventario en la empresa Balnort. Se caracterizó por ser una investigación de tipo aplicada y con enfoque cuantitativo. El diseño fue experimental y de carácter pre-experimental. La muestra contó con una población de 20 personas del área de producción y se tuvo como técnica de recolección de datos la encuesta y observación. Los hallazgos obtenidos describen una mejora en el tiempo de registro de salida y entrada de Productos que corresponde a un 28.45% y una significancia de 0.000 lo que demuestra una relevancia significativa con el sistema web. In this article we analyze a contradiction that arises in the specific case of testamentary indivision and the possibilities and consequences of the non-acceptance of the same by the testamentary heirs, which can lead us to understand it contradictorily as a sort of partial waiver of the inheritance, certainly not allowed by law. El objetivo del estudio fue evaluar la eficacia de un sistema web en la gestión del inventario de productos terminados en una empresa textil en 2024. La implementación del sistema bajo el framework CodeIgniter en el almacén de la compañía permitió optimizar el Índice de Exactitud de Inventario (IEI) y el Índice de Reportes Generados (IRG), mejorando la eficiencia y precisión en el control de existencias. El estudio, de tipo aplicado, utilizó un diseño preexperimental con enfoque cuantitativo. Se empleó la técnica del fichaje mediante fichas de registro para recolectar datos en pre y post-test. This research aims to provide a new scope of analysis by taking the code of principles of the International Fact-checking Network as a reference to observe the level of compliance and accountability of several fact-checking platforms. The author examines the issue of authenticity and integrity in electronic communication and its impact on civil contracts. Among the solutions proposed by Peruvian law regarding the treatment of electronic contracts, the contribution provided by the second paragraph of Article 51 of the Commercial Code stands out. This Article, understood in a broad and general sense, can be applied to current electronic contracts. Additionally, the author proposes incorporating a similar provision into the Peruvian Civil Code to ensure the reliability of informal civil contracts.
