So far, Peruvian nuclear research reactors RP-10 and RP-0 have been operating only with uranium oxide fuel elements (U3O8+Al). In the future RP-10 reactor will operate with mixed cores (U3Si2+Al, U3O8+Al). For this reason the calculus capacity has to be increased in order to be able to handle the new fuel management. Since preparation of nuclear libraries for diffusion calculation requires a significant amount of computational and human resources a new tool that processes libraries generation and diffusion calculations is necessary.

An enduring engineering problem is the creation of a source code too complicated for humans to review and understand. A consequence of a complicated source code is that it requires more effort to be implemented and maintained. Exacerbating the problem is a lack of a proper understanding of exactly what the words “complicated” and “complex” mean, as the definitions of these words are often misconstrued. Some systems are indeed inherently complex, but this does not mean they must be complicated. In our research, several opensource projects were evaluated using software metrics to map the complicatedness of a source code with the ongoing effort to sustain the project. An analysis is made of the statute of limitations in tax matters. An interpretative exercise is carried out on articles 43 and 44 of the Tax Code, in order to determine their true normative content. The central issues addressed are: (i) what is the beginning of the statute of limitations, also known as dies a quo, and (ii) what is the extension of the statute of limitations period. Regarding the first issue, it is argued that this does not occur on 1 January of the following year, as stated in case law and doctrine. It occurs much earlier, at the time prior to that referred to in Article 44 of the Tax Code at each of its initiations, such as the date on which the deadline for filing the annual tax return expires or on which the obligation becomes due. In countries with high seismicity, such as Peru, Chile, and Colombia, the mid- to high-rise buildings typically use reinforced concrete (RC) wall systems, which have generally demonstrated adequate seismic performance. However, cases such as the collapse of the Alto Río building during the 2010 Chile earthquake and severe damage reported in other wallstructured buildings reveal that, under certain conditions, these systems may be vulnerable. Modern RC wall buildings in Peru have not yet been subjected to a severe earthquake, so it is uncertain whether current design procedures established in Peruvian standards are adequate to provide sufficient safety or to achieve a repairable state after a major earthquake. La gran cantidad de información disponible en la Web ha cambiado la forma en que las personas desarrollan software. Por medio de una serie de estudios empíricos, que incluyen encuestas en línea, grupos de enfoque, experimentos de laboratorio y trabajos de campo en los Estados Unidos y Perú, hemos podido identificar cómo los desarrolladores de software resuelven problemas por medio de búsquedas de código fuente en la Web. Cybercrime is a global problem that affects various sectors, particularly the financial sector, where cybercriminals exploit users' lack of security awareness to obtain confidential information through techniques such as phishing, smishing, vishing, and ultimately seizing the OTP code to carry out fraudulent transactions. The objective of this research is to develop the SectraBank model, which incorporates security measures such as the use of the IMEI code, fingerprint authentication, and geolocation to mitigate cyber fraud attacks, specifically in the forms of SIM Swapping and Fake Apps used by cybercriminals to capture the OTP code. Tales herramientas son codificadas en Matlab y programadas luego en la tarjeta p roces adora de señal DSP568ll de Motorola.
