One of the problems in the care of coronary patients is accurately assessing the functional state of the myocardium. Contributions from Master ( 25, 26) , using the Test of electrocardiographic Effort constitute itself a doctrinal issue in evaluating the state of coronary sufficiency. However, results based seudonegativos Scherf and Schaffer ( 33 ) can be found in 20% , and even the same Master considered by over 50 % . The writing test of the Third Comparative and Explanatory Study implemented by the Latin American Laboratory for Assessment of the Quality of Education constitutes one of the few international experiences of large-scale assessment of writing. In order to strengthen these experiences, the theoretical framework adopted in this test, the task applied, the rubric and the coding process are reviewed, combining qualitative and quantitative techniques. The results show problems related to validity and reliability, and allow to formulate recommendations for future international assessments of writing. ntroduction. Diagnosis of some zoonosis in different provinces from the Lima region, motivated on epidemiological investigation. Objective. To determine the prevalence of hydatidosis (echinococosis) in population from Lima region by ELISA IgE test compared with Western Blot. Methods. 560 sera samples were collected from people living in five provinces of Lima region: Canta (n=180), Huaral (n=55), Yauyos (n=133), Cajatambo (n=32) and Huaura (n=160). Antibodies IgE and IgG were detected by ELISA test and Western Blot respectively. Results. 39 samples were positives to ELISA IgE test (seroprevalence 6,96%) and 33 samples were positives to Western Blot IgG test (seroprevalence 5,89%), with light bands of 8 and 16 kDa. This research was conducted in Lima and is on the development and implementation of a program based on thermal calculation; to determine the operating parameters of an internal combustion engine for automotive use, by simulating various processes occurring in engines, which allow to establish the expected rate of the operating cycle of an internal combustion engine of gasodiesel type (GLP + D2). The development of the thermal calculation, based on the behavior of the engine working as gasodiesel, is validated and contrasted with the experimental values, through a comparative analysis of the characteristics of the diesel engine Perkins, obtained in the test Newage and simulated characteristics of the engine; by the computer program AJESA 2004, finally each sub-hypothesis is tested and this allows us to formulate conclusions.

The study of rights in rem from an internal perspective of our national legal system is notan easy task. For that purpose, a comparativestudy of the international juridical systems canserve as both a solution and an instrument tobring forward new and innovative knowledge related to those rights.The author perceives that fundamental to notice the importance that the international character of rights in rem has acquired through time. He does, therefore, a comparative study between different rights in rem regimes in countries such as France, Germany and England. These countries are all part of the European Union, with whom Peru has signed a Free Trade Agreement.

Introducción: El tratamiento endodóntico busca desinfectar y moldear los conductos radiculares mediante el desgaste controlado de sus paredes. La selección del sistema rotatorio adecuado es fundamental para conservar la dentina pericervical. Objetivo: Comparar el desgaste en dentina pericervical con tres sistemas reciprocantes (WaveOne Gold, One Reci y Reciproc Blue). Metodología: Estudio experimental in vitro con 30 premolares unirradiculares, distribuidos aleatoriamente en tres grupos de 10 dientes cada uno. Para comparar las bondades de la prueba intradérmica única (PIU) y la prueba de gamma interferón (INF) en el diagnóstico de la tuberculosis bovina, se evaluaron ambas pruebas en 155 animales de dos establos lecheros del área de Lima y Callao bajo el Programa de control y erradicación de tuberculosis bovina del Ministerio de Agricultura. Se halló que 51 (32.9%) animales resultaron positivos a la PIU y 32 (20.6%) a la prueba de INF; asimismo, se pudo determinar que 27 animales resultaron positivos a INF de los 51 animales positivos a PIU y 5 entre los 104 animales negativos de la PIU. Evaluados bajo la prueba estadística de Ïndice de Kappa y Chi-2 de Mc Nemar se observó que existe una concordancia moderada entre las pruebas diagnósticas y que no se pueden reemplazar mutuamente entre ellas. In the majority of livestock species, the concentration of maternal immunoglobulin (Ig) in colostrum determines the Ig level in their offspring, and the failure of passive transfer of maternal immunoglobulins results in their susceptibility to disease. This study evaluates two methods (visual assessment and Brix refratometry) for determining alpaca colostrum quality in the field. Evaluations of 26 fresh colostrum samples from 77 alpaca mothers were compared with the results obtained by radial immunodiffusion assay for 77 blood serum samples from 36-48 hours old offspring, and 26 colostrum samples. The colostrum was collected from the dams immediately postpartum and pre-suckling and blood was taken from the crias by jugular venipuncture. This article provides a criticism of the Peruvian policy regulating comparative advertising.The first section of the article describes the evolution of the regulatory treatment of comparative advertising in Peru and explains the “chilling effect” caused by its current regulation. The second section introduces the concept of “chilling effect” used in decisions about freedom of speech, analyzes the constitutional protection of commercial speech as a manifestation of the freedom of speech, and describes the test developed in the United States and Spain to analyze restrictions to commercial speech. The third section applies the test to the regulation of comparative advertising in Peru and concludes that this regulation is unconstitutional.

The optimal selection of orthodontic archwires allows the professional to make the treatment in an efficient way; therefore, the knowledge of basic mechanical properties is required, which are not revealed by their manufacturers.
