This research is about what the “Aprendo en casa” strategy in Peru in 2020 meant from two of its main resources, radio and television. The objective was to analyze communicationally and evaluate the programs of both media. Thirty-two pieces from all educational levels were discussed, in seven months, with 27 expert communicators, and the experience from 50 target actors of the strategy was evaluated. The study was methodologically naturalistic, with a qualitative approach, indirect hermeneutical and phenomenological typologies, and under an open coding design. Eight categories generated by free will were found to show results on biased content and questionable forms of presentation; gaps were made visible at the educational, digital, and generational levels, and disarticulation between the education and communication axes. Objective: Characterize the presence of Responsible Communication in infographics published by pharmaceutical companies on the social network Facebook. Methodology: Quantitative, descriptive, transversal, and non-experimental. Traditional media (press, radio and television) in South America have better expectations regarding the process of digital transition faced by communication companies and industries on a global level. This hypothesis is contrasted by comparing two elements. First, the evolution trends of the media sector in Latin America collected by sectorial databases of the World Association of Newspapers and New Publishers, the Eurodata´s general audience report, the Pew State of the News Media and the Global Entertainment & Media Outlook 2016-2020. Second, the results of an own survey to 166 managers from 19 Latin American countries. In a context characterized by structural transformations and the credibility crisis of journalism, media accountability is of outmost importance. Focusing on the Spanish context, this article examines journalists’ and citizens’ perceptions of in-house accountability instruments. To do so, an online survey was administered to Spanish journalists, six citizen focus groups were established and 19 in-depth interviews were conducted with experts and representatives from professional associations. The results reveal that journalists’ evaluation of media accountability instruments is modest. This research selects two variables contributing to the configuration of a teacher profesonal profile public education, psychology, and from communication skills and positive mental health, the latter focusing on six factors: personal satisfaction Prosocial Attitude; self-control, autonomy, and self-actualization Troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills, explored by the variable positive mental health and communicative competence, identifying thinking styles resulting from cerebral hemispheric dominance. The present work consists of analyzing the existence of a communication policy in the Velasco Alvarado regime (1968-1975). The objective of the design of this policy was to disseminate the cultural proposals of the regime from the principle of refounding a new Peruvian nation. Given this, we distinguish two key concepts for this article: culture and the media. For this proposal, the media are instruments that use codes designed to disseminate messages articulated with the nationalism of the military regime. From this instrumentalization, Velasquismo will generate a political framework to manage the visual image, a key communication unit for its nationalist propaganda. Media are supposed to pay special attention to the traditional journalistic ethical norms in the cases of media coverage of bullying in schools (Olweus, 1998; Mason, 2008), insofar as these combine childhood, violence and, in some unfortunate cases, suicide (Herrera et al., 2015). Even if mass media have traditionally avoided these kind of coverage, giving rise to an informative silence that answers to its concern about a possible “imitation effect” (Philips, 1974), it is a fact that the topic has gained attention in the media sphere, probably due a growing public and social interest towards the bullying problem.
