This document intends to address, at first, the legislative treatment that article 157 of the Tax Code has had over time, in relation to the possibility that the Tax Administration may challenge the resolutions issued by the Tax Court through the contentious-administrative process. On this basis, in a second stage, the normative scope of this matter will be analyzed based on the current text of article 157 of the Tax Code.

API REST is currently the most widely used application development approach worldwide, however, a large percentage of development is repetitive. Repetition in development generates waste of time and money. For this purpose, EasyRest is proposed, a project for automatic generation of API Rest based on Spring Framework. For the development of this proposal, a custom archetype was built in Apache Maven. In addition, the construction of templates based on Beetl is performed. The proposal generates a Rest backend project, which contains controllers, services and repositories. The results obtained with the proposal were able to significantly reduce the time required for the construction of API Rest, compared to a manual construction. In the text of the New Criminal Procedure Code there are rule with inquisitive lags that have being applied literally, preventing the consolidation of the Accusatory Model in Peru. Such inquisitive lags affect the consolidation of the oral audiences system and the adversarial system of trial and the design of an efficient investigation based on the coordination between the police and the prosecution. The problem is aggravated because in Peru an integral reform of the legal system (Constitution and Organic Laws) to ensure real change in criminal justice was not carried out, as it was done in Chile and Colombia. Before the defect of the legislature, there is the option of a constitutional interpretation of these rules, as stipulated in Article X of TP the NCPP, to ensure the success of the criminal procedure reform in Peru.

This study analyzed the impact of code-generating artificial intelligences (AI), such as GitHub Copilot, on programmers' work. It aimed to determine how these tools affect productivity and code quality, differentiating their effects based on developers' experience levels. A systematic literature review and tool analysis were conducted, using the PRISMA methodology to assess experimental studies and usage reports. Results revealed that code-generating AIs improved productivity by up to 55.8% for experienced programmers, while less experienced developers exhibited increased reliance and confidence in generated code, leading to security risks. Currently there are tools that generate source code automatically. We propose a source code generation architecture focused on the 3-layer architecture, additionally we build a source code generation tool. The Tool allows to load a database schema and from this it generates the source code for the SQL Server and C# language, we use an .xls file to import or export the database schema. We have used 5 code generation requirements and their database schemas for the test, obtaining as a result the generation of source code without errors. Carrying out the time analysis, our model generates 6,998 lines of code per second, in total we have generated 13,283 lines of source code in 1472 milliseconds that correspond to 5 requirements for generating source code with their respective databases.

En la actualidad, ciertos grupos personas tienen temor o incomodidad para realizar pagos de compras en efectivo. Esto debido a lo ocurrido años anteriores por la pandemia del COVID-19. Por ello, se ha desarrollado un sistema integrado que permite realizar transacciones monetarias mediante el escaneo de códigos QR desde una aplicación móvil para la plataforma iOS. La aplicación se comunica a servicios back-end para la utilización de datos del usuario. También, mediante una interfaz de programa de aplicación, se consumen servicios del sistema transaccional que permite realizar con efectividad y seguridad las transacciones monetarias.

The objective of this investigation is to identify and examine the characteristic segments that channel a type of discourse in the form of radio spots that infringes the Spanish advertising code of conduct. The work is focused on one of the most important principles for the consumer: that of truthfulness. The different types of misleading advertising have been analysed by means of factor analysis and its subsequent interpretation, based on a representative sample of radio spots that takes into account their broadcast frequency.

The educational theory of learning styles seeks to develop meaningful learning in students, to achieve adequate professional skills, being a relevant pedagogical vision in the current educational field. On the other hand, current research is rediscovering the Inca worldview, and allowing the theorizing of a good learning system called in Quechua allinta, based on a code of evaluative principles that allowed training specialists in various fields of knowledge, known as kamayoq. This study allows us to analyze the possible parallelism of current learning styles with the ancient educational worldview of the Incas, because despite referring to different educational contexts, they allowed the achievement of the technical abilities of the Inca kamayoq, similar to the skills of the current professional.

Implementation of an intelligent antimalware system for the detection of malicious links in QR codes

The increasing use of QR codes across various sectors has facilitated the transfer of information but has also exposed users to new cybersecurity threats, such as quishing, a variant of phishing that leverages these codes to redirect users to malicious websites. To address this issue, the study aimed to implement an antimalware system that employs machine learning alongside the VirusTotal API to analyze and classify links embedded in QR codes in real time. The methodology was structured into four stages: capturing and decoding QR codes using OpenCV, analyzing extracted URLs with the VirusTotal API, issuing preventive alerts based on the link classification, and evaluating system performance with a dataset of 100 QR codes (50 safe and 50 malicious). This paper analyzes the impact of Article 18, paragraph 3 of the new Code of Criminal Procedure, this is developed in relation to Article 149 of the Constitution of Peru. The aforementioned article of the new Criminal Procedure Code states that the penal system can not intervene in those cases where the communal authorities have already exercised their competence.
