The study is based on the incidence of disciplinary processes of the judges and the need to develop managerial skills. The general objective was to propose the profile of a judge of the second level of the judicial career, based on managerial skills, to reduce disciplinary offenses. In the framework of holistic research, it constitutes a projective study. The research design is descriptive-explanatory, transactional, field and propositive. The study population consisted of the all population, consisting of 43 judges of the second level of a judicial district of Peru. Education is a process that involves in its achievement a series of crucial moments for the development of the individual, one of them being the continuity of higher education, which is initially established through the choice of a university career, whose action could constitute as a complex act. This article provides a theoretical review of the models based on Bandura’s social cognitive theory and its variants applied to career choice, in which various individual variables such as gender and age intervene; psychological such as self-efficacy and self-regulation of learning; socioeconomic, academic and family, which together must be considered to provide adequate and relevant guidance to students who wish to study a career as part of their life project.

This study aims to identify gender gaps in Peru’s STEM careers (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) to promote equal opportunities in society. It presents statistics comparing the presence of women and men, considering their educational levels, age groups, and years of entry into these careers. Both elements must be inextricably linked, as they respond to economic and social needs that are increasingly accentuated. The objective of the article is to understand and analyze the contemporary youth militancies within Acción Católica Argentina (ACA), an association created in 1931 and currently active in Argentina. To do this, youth senses about catholic militancy, commitments and careers deployed by young militants are addressed. The qualitative study is based on in-depth interviews with young Catholics, participant observation in catholic sociability spaces and youth institutional sources. The main objective of this study was to determine if there are differences in the manner of carrying out vocational guidance among public and private schools of the city of Lima. The study sample consisted of 244 subjects, 98 men and 146 women, students of University High of San Marcos Center for Special Cycle 2011-2012. The mean age was 16.3 years. For the realization of this research was developed and implemented the Rating Scale Vocational Guidance (EEOV), an instrument based on the model of vocational guidance Manuel Alvarez et al. (1994). Educational innovation is a relevant aim for higher education institutions, especially for teacher training institutions, due to the impact on the educational system of a country. This study of educational innovation state, among their pedagogical careers, was made by Universidad de Los Lagos, regional university in the chilean city of Osorno. Through the analysis of academics interviews and the institutional documents review, it was concluded there are difficulties defining the innovation concept; that innovation in pedagogical careers starts with curricular innovation driven by the institutional model on competences-based education; and that the experiences of teaching innovation are, mainly, silent innovations.

In the article the design of Model of Intellectual Capital Measurement in Accredited Careers of Industrial Engineering: CII-FII is proposed, based on a case study. El proyecto consiste en el desarrollo de un sistema web capaz de gestionar de forma eficaz la matrícula de los estudiantes de las distintas carreras técnicas del Instituto Superior Tecnológico “Libertador”. En la gestión del proyecto se tomó en cuenta el proceso de matrícula, según las buenas prácticas del Project Management Institute, en el desarrollo del sistema se utilizó la metodología RUP (Proceso Unificado de Rational) y UML como lenguaje de modelado.
