For more than a hundred years, the study of the parties involved in a crime has been extensively researched, becoming a crucial topic in the field of criminal law. Although there is a considerable amount of research on this issue in the common law and civil law systems, there has been a notable lack of interest in comparative law studies between the two systems. This paper presents a comparative law study between the aforementioned models, offering a parallel and analytical analysis to understand their application and the challenges associated with the implementation of these categories. Outsourcing contributes to business development. On some occasions, in order to secure low-cost bids, contractors agree to work under unsafe conditions; on other occasions, the client exerts pressure so that the service is completed ahead of schedule, causing contractors to take “shortcuts” and evade safety controls, which increases the risk of serious injury, chronic illness or even death. In Peru, there is no contractor management model in place to improve safety conditions and promote third-party productivity. We study a system formed by M dimers through half-filled two-site Hubbard model, with two electrons. Our approach use the third version of Nonextensive Statistical Mechanics as tool for calculating thermodynamic and magnetic parameters such as entropy, internal energy, magnetization and specific heat. In the computer simulations, we vary the q entropic index values between 1 and 2, such that, q = 1.0, 1.4, 1.7 and 2.0. These values are interesting to study small magnetic systems. We find the critical temperature regions in simulations with the simple Hubbard model, i.e. without the intersite interaction. For other side, adding this additional term, we notice an enlargement and shifting of the thermodynamic parameters comparing with the obtained from simple Hubbard model; even more, we found in some cases the absence of the critical temperature regions.

Executive functions (FE) are considered as a theoretical construct, referring to the capacity we have as human beings to plan, organize, inhibit, monitor our behavior and be flexible in the face of novel situations. However, this definition is not the only one, since many authors conceptualize it in different ways and this means that different models are presented that try to explain the nature of such functions; However, a consensus has not yet been reached.Therefore, the present work, brings to light those models that seek to explain executive functions in all their magnitude and complexity, finding from anatomical positions to statistical trends or to consider how they develop the FE in the stages of development, the same that were Raised in order to have a better understanding of them.

Lately the Cosmic Background Radiation (CMB) data have resulted in anomalies or deviations with respect to the standard model of cosmology, which has led several cosmologists to consider alternative models to the standard model (homogeneous and isotropic), such as the Bianchi models, which are homogeneous but anisotropic. Based on these motivations to consider alternative models, we propose to study, in the present work, the algebraic classification of the Bianchi models and each of the Bianchi space-times, applying the ADM formalism of general relativity in its Hamiltonian version and the groups G3 . The asynchronous learning model is a possibility that we can make use of and it is really valuable and timely. more to one in these moments that the way of learning and generating meaningful learning has undergone a radical change. It is shown how using disruptive technologies such as the smartphone and some applications that are found for free in said devices help us to be able to generate and transmit valuable information that significantly helps learning in a synchronous way.
