Objetivos: Determinar el perfil del docente de práctica clínica en odontología desde la perspectiva del estudiante y del docente en la Facultad de Estomatología de la Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia. Material y métodos: La investigación fue de naturaleza cuantitativa, descriptiva, no experimental. Para recolectar los datos se utilizó una encuesta y se aplicó un cuestionario tipo escala de Likert validada, estructurada en seis dimensiones a 177 estudiantes y a 44 docentes que participan en los cursos clínicos. The restrictive measures to face the Covid 19 pandemic affected the normal development of various activities, including higher education, although the virtualization of the contents of the different courses was a measure to give continuity to education, in the case of sciences for health clinical practice in real conditions is essential for the student to achieve the skills required by this type of professional career, so the return to these activities is a great challenge since the conditions of this return are completely different from conditions before the pandemic. This article aims to reflect on the return to presential education and the challenges we must face to continue training dental professionals with academic excellence.

The current conditions in which the college professor has to perform are different from the conditions they had before the COVID 19 pandemic, this new scenario could bring changes in their well-being, motivation and job satisfaction that would affect their performance. The purpose of this article is to present some notes on well-being, motivation and job satisfaction of college professor that invite reflection on these aspects and possible alternatives for improvements that allow them to teach in adequate conditions so that they achieve their maximum potential.

The asynchronous learning model is a possibility that we can make use of and it is really valuable and timely. more to one in these moments that the way of learning and generating meaningful learning has undergone a radical change. It is shown how using disruptive technologies such as the smartphone and some applications that are found for free in said devices help us to be able to generate and transmit valuable information that significantly helps learning in a synchronous way. Asynchronous dental education seeks to generate quality didactic material to promote corporate learning of students using technologies typical of the millennial generation.

Objective: To describe the valuation of podcasting as a tool in the learning process by dental students at a private university. Material and methods: The research was quantitative, descriptive, and non-experimental. The sample consisted of 47 students from a dental school. For the experience, articles in PDF format from the theoretical classes were recorded using conventional headphones and the application Spreaker REC®, a free application that was installed in a smartphone Iphone 8. The article in PDF format was processed, recorded and edited in less than 15 minutes using said application. Subsequently, the link was sent to the WhatsApp® group so the students could access the audio. The podcast could be repeated as many times as the student desired. Three podcasts were made.
