The structure of this essay consists of three sections. The first section refers to the historic weaving that has refined the new corrective technologies of the individual. The second section conceives a critical perspective of the school by comparing it with an industry that produces tame students with manipulable moralities. The third section exemplifies how, even in the extended classroom, the restraint and subjectivation devices of these corrective technologies of the student not only continued to manifest but when imbricated with authority in the family context, seem to increase. La presente investigación propositiva tiene como objetivo diseñar una propuesta para desarrollar nociones prenuméricas en niños de preescolar de una institución educativa privada de San Borja. El programa Hacer y Aprender, considera la Teoría de Piaget sobre la construcción de número y se fundamenta en el método Montessori que propone el uso de materiales concretos. Metacognition is an opportunity for self-assessment and for the inter-assessment in the classroom. This is a necessary practice for the development of a formative evaluation; this process will not be restricted to summative evaluation. Through the learning socialization, teachers can develop metacognition in the classroom so that students can learn to learn by themselves; they will also perceive their knowledge and what it is that they still need to learn. In the process of educational inclusion, various ways have been tried to take advantage of the conditions in which basic education is developed, allowing the student with disabilities to learn with quality. Therefore, the purpose is to describe the design of strategies in inclusive education to improve the learning process in regular classrooms in the Peruvian Amazon. It is the product of a non-experimental descriptive study, with a sample of 183 teachers. It was found that the teachers of the regular institutions consider the use of basic techniques for the social development of the included child deficient, little use of multiple intelligences and active participation. La Tesis, tiene como objetivo: Diseñar, elaborar y fundamentar un programa de estrategias metodológicas humanísticas sustentado en la teoría de Rogers. La investigación es de tipo teórica-propositiva. La población y muestra lo conformaron 31 estudiantes y 10 docentes de la Escuela Profesional de Idiomas-UNSM-T. Para medir las relaciones interpersonales se aplicó la escala de actitudes tipo Likert.
