This work aims to problematize the impacts of Pandemic Covid 19 in the elementary school of the Municipal Education Network of Campinas (RMEC) considering a brief comparative analysis between two municipal schools regarding the performance or not of non-classroom activities offered by them, in the light of the educational legislation in force and, mainly, from the discussion proposed in a comparative education with a complex and systemic approach, from the pedagogical and political clashes for the democratization of teaching, from the use of data in a contextualized way and not only as carriers of a neutral and unquestionable rationality and the elements of an aesthetic mode of existence present in the documents and actions implemented in the context of the closure of schools due to the Covid Pandemia 19.

This article analyzes the construction of mining as a public issue in Argentina and its impact on the institutional framework of the mining sector. From a qualitative approach, two subnational states that promote mining are analyzed: the Provinces of Jujuy and San Juan. In the context of socioenvironmental conflicts, mining has been questioned which pressured subnational states to introduce institutional changes. The analysis focus on the repertoires of collective action of local populations, the construction of networks of actors for the visibility of the problem, as well as the moral and cognitive factors that influenced the problematization of mining in Argentina.

Objective: To adapt the Problem Internet Use Questionnaire (PIUQ) for its utilization in Peru. Material and Methods: The translation and cultural adaptation of the PIUQ followed a systematic process that involved direct translation, evaluation and judgment by expert committees and back-translation, culminating with the final approval by the scale creators. For each of the 18 items, a first group of experts assessed comprehensibility, acceptability, relevance and quality of the response set in the preliminary version; subsequently, a second group of experts, evaluated clarity, relevance and pertinence in the final version. The Generalized Problematic Internet Use Scale 2 was adapted for the adult population of Buenos Aires. Participants were 225 subjects (68.4% female; 30.7% male, 0.9% non-binary). Instruments administered were: survey of sociodemographic data and characteristics of use of social networks; Generalized Problematic Internet Use Scale 2; Mental Health Continuum Short Form and; Symptom Check List-27. Confirmatory factor analysis was carried out; It was found an adequate fit of the structure proposed by the original author. Cronbach’s and ordinals alphas ranged from .77 to .87. Significant positive correlations were found between the generalized problematic use of the Internet, the psychopathological symptoms and the time of use of social media. Associations were negative with psychological well-being.

This paper is an analysis of the complex situation in which our millennial language is located: Qichwa, at the two hundred years of Republic. The original English version (Demetrovics et al., 2008) was translated into Spanish and tested in 247 students from a private university in the Lima metropolitan area. The internal consistency of the scale was assessed with Cronbach’s alpha and McDonald’s omega coefficients. The original three-factor structure (obsession, neglect, and control disorder) was examined through confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The study identifies the definition of problem situation and how it faces its solution depends on the role of the decision maker, that defines the situation as a problem to solve or demonstrate problems (business case or case of inquiry or investigation), it sequence which facilitates raising and how to solve the problem, considering the efficacy and efficiency of choice. Objetive. Human teeth have been commonly used for in vitro and in situ studies. Currently, other animals’ teeth have been purposed for dental research to overcome human teeth’ problematic availability. This study aimed to investigate the enamel and dentin from human, bovine, and ovine teeth concerning the microhardness, organic, and inorganic contents via micro-Raman spectroscopy. Methods. Human, bovine, and ovine teeth were divided according to their type and age into seven groups: Ovine; Bovine-12 months; Bovine-24 months; Bovine-36 months; Bovine-48 months; Bovine-+60 months; Human (control). The disparity in the number of women and men working in STEM fields is a widespread issue among researchers around the world; however, given its complexity, there are always elements to be reflected on and problematized. With this in mind, this paper presents a study that aimed to analyze, based on the precepts of Pêcheux’s discourse analysis, Brazilian Instagram profiles about women in technology, based on a survey carried out by the ELLAS network. A total of 63 profiles were found, and of these, 18 individual profiles were chosen for analysis, in which it was possible to verify the focus on teaching how to enter and progress in this area.

The purpose of this article is to carry out a comparative analysis between the social housing programs Renta Joven in Peru and the Bolsa de Vivienda de Alquiler in Barcelona, Spain. Through an exhaustive study of the problematic situation, the theoretical framework, and the characteristics of both programs, the results and limitations in meeting the housing needs of their respective beneficiaries are evaluated. The work is based on a qualitative approach, based on documentary review and critical analysis of primary and secondary sources. Likewise, throughout the article, the criticisms associated with each program are explored and recommendations are formulated to improve their effectiveness. Finally, conclusions are presented that seek to contribute to the improvement of social policies in the area of social housing.
